Unexpected vitriol from the company rep
T. S. Wiley created a particular system of rhythmic BHRT. I use a generic form of it, not the Wiley brand. Users are given monthly calendars to track their doses. I print my own calendars as the ones I get from my provider are difficult to read. They only give me 3 months at a time, and I wanted to make a year’s worth. The Wiley Protocol website showed the start date of each month for 2024. I messaged their Facebook page to ask if they were going to post the dates for 2025. The response was an unexpected tirade of accusations and vitriol. Because I don’t use their brand, she accused me of wasting her time, infringing on her patent, trademark, and copyright (which I did not), making obnoxious demands for “free swag,” and threatened to sue my provider and tell them it was my fault. I’ve owned a store for 45 years and I would NEVER speak to a consumer the way she spoke to me. If I was ever inclined to use the Wiley Protocol brand, I am not anymore.
