Worst casino to play for. I attempted to redeem , at first they denied it then approved it then denied it. Stated because I used two promotions in a row so that made me ineligible then instead of the money that I tried to redeem going back to my account, they stated it disappeared. Requested withdrawal after winning on approximately November 28th and now it is December 9th n I am still awaiting my withdrawal. If it was just waiting that's one thing but to be working on something each and every day numerous times a day through different portals having to upload verification documents which are 100% valid and no reason to fail yet they failed so many times the system wouldn't take it anymore. Yet I have never had a problem uploading an ID to any website in my life until this site sends me to a different casino website called cool cat casino and I have to use their verification system which absolutely refuses to accept my ID for some unknown reason. So many times I've done it that I had to turn around and send it to their email after that numerous times and even then it failed. Then your instructor to upload it on a different website and send it to their email address it's a real hassle only done to where you down and have you give up but I don't give up easily. The ID n selfie did not show my hands or my arms or my shoulders so I questioned do you need to see my feet also. Not just a selfie but your ID even though there's numerous pictures I don't know 10-15 pictures in numerous emails from a ,$1000 cellphone camera that takes high pixel photography but not acceptable from the high end verification company, aka Cool Cat. All you have to do is just type that online to see all the different complaint n horrible reviews that come up including from trustpilot n dozens of other reviewers, see attached pics of how bad this company is stemming even from 4 plus years ago n labeled a SCAM all over the internet including other reviews here on Trustpilot. Need I say anything more? See attached pic of the approval of the withdrawal yesterday but it never came. Today after several chat sessions I'm told it could be weeks n there's SUDDENLY new approvals that must be done each one is 7-10 days each. This is after 11 days of me sending verification information to them and uploading online to multiple portals for 11 straight days and now there's new stuff never told to me until today that must be done so it could be several more weeks before that withdrawal information to my account even though it was approved to be withdrawn and sent yesterday but I have lost faith in this company however I'm keeping an open mind. I am giving them a one-star rating and I think that's being a little generous because all I feel like I've been to is lied to but let's see how this plays out and I will edit and update my review over the next two weeks if it takes that long because I should have received the money yesterday after 11 days sad but true. To be fair I have sent an email at least one to three times per day awaiting and requesting your status and I cannot get a response but I will keep attempting each day to build my file and my complaint which I will present to the board if this keeps up. Please check back as I will be updating this complaint every couple days and everything I say I show a snapshot of because I have no reason to lie.
