Even with such a huge variety of products, that cater for everyone, the site is easy to navigate.
The ordering process is simple with the added benefit of different payment methods.
Delivery was made within the expected timeframe and was packaged discreetly, no one would ever know what fun the box contained.
Products come individually sealed, and are exactly as the product description states.

We’re disappointed to read your review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred.
Your cancellation request was received outside of our operating hours. When our team commenced work the following morning, we made an immediate attempt to stop the order prior to opening. However, our warehouse processes orders very quickly and it had already progressed beyond the point where it could be intercepted. We advised you of this before opening hours in response to the multiple emails you sent on Sunday.
You then called approximately 30 minutes after we opened, not the minute we opened, and our team member calmly reiterated the same information. Unfortunately, she was subjected to several minutes of yelling and threats of self-harm during that call. This conduct is entirely inappropriate and unfair to our support staff, who are simply carrying out their roles within the constraints of our systems.
In relation to the discount code, the issue was connected to Afterpay’s processing rather than our checkout system. This could have been resolved directly with Afterpay without directing frustration toward our team.
We understand that checkout errors can be frustrating. However, we expect all communication with our staff to remain respectful.
Due to this incident, we will be discontinuing service moving forward. We genuinely hope things improve for you.
