returning process and jeans!
I ordered the wrong size in 5+ items, they didn’t fit, it was my fault, i wasn’t sure what size was going
To be a good fit, so when I received them, finding this out. I immediately was dreading having to send them back because a lot of companies take forever or drag the process one. Not ‘Wild Oak’, the return process was super easy and they shipped my new package out with all my newly correctly sized items RIGHT AWAY. It was a breeze! And their jeans are fitting like a glove 🤤

Charged more after check out without notification
Twice I was charged more for my order than I approved at check out. They removed the promo codes both times (that THEY sent to me via email) and tried to say they were not valid. Either way, they should not be charging more without notifying people. If you’ve order from here, check your bank account to make sure it matches. The first time I was charged $20 more than I was told and the second time it was $5. I brought it to their attention and they basically blew me off like it was no big deal. I asked them to cancel my order because I was so disappointed with them. Do not recommend at all.

We never intentionally charge more than what’s approved at checkout. In cases like this, the difference is typically related to promo code eligibility—some promotions (including certain email or platform-specific offers) only apply under specific conditions and won’t apply if those conditions aren’t met. The final total shown at checkout and authorized via Apple Pay is what is submitted for payment.

Wild Oak was great to work with. It took me a few buys in sizes to finally figure out what size fits best from different brands. They took my exchanges each time and sent the new items out quickly. No hassles and always fast shipping. I have bought several pair of jeans and sweaters from Wild Oak and the quality of the clothing is always great. Will definitely order more items in the future. Probably near future they always have fun new merchandise to choose from. Oh and did I mention the clothing is not overpriced and free shipping on orders over 100.
