Avoid at all costs
Booked a 3 day holiday with this company to arctic Sweden. We missed our flight connection at Stockholm and couldn’t get another flight until the following day. Having lost 1 of our 3 nights we went home. We took advice on arriving home and discovered that the time allowed for the connecting flight was actually impossible at Stockholm, where you have to go through passport control and security before connecting flights. Even before the delays we experienced this booking was impossible to deliver as it was sold to us. The company refused a refund stating lots of irrelevant excuses and information. The company is not a member of abta so I cannot escalate my complaint. Take great care booking anything with this company, they will take your money without ensuring they can deliver and then try to blame you for not reading small print. Zero stars, not one.
