Don't used this company!!. Returned product which they received on February 9th, it's now March 3rd, you cannot reach a human, if you try phoning you get cut off, finally got a reply today saying credit going through and blamed the delay on usps who are not to blame. It will be interesting to seenif I actually get my credit, they also deduct shipping costs! Appalling company!

False advertising and no accountability
I purchased a food storage container. When it came, it did not match the measurements on their website. So, I emailed them and this was their reply: "According to our current policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, even in cases where the product doesn't match the advertised details." Following that exchange, there were several requests for info asking the same questions, which I provided several times. No change on policy. What an incredible waste of time and money!

TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I am a wholesale customer that had a rare issue with receiveing product that was expiring before any buyer could complete use. It had happened a couple months prior and I foolishly let the issue go only to have it happen AGAIN. While I really love this company, this whole experience has COMPLETELY SOURED me on the brand who chooses to handle me with AI generated loop traps which tells me they DO NOT understand customer relationships, and they CLEARLY have not had any direct experience with AI enough to tell their tech team NO until they can show them the results of how it would handle the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS to a company: YOUR CUSTOMER! I am not anti-AI> I use it! But I am not so stupid to let my tech team convince me the technology is good enough FOR THIS. USE IT RIGHT! USE IT JUDICIOUSLY, and STOP BEING LAZY!

Customer for years-DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Have been a customer of DailyNutra for years, The apparently were bought by Wld Foodd. I ordered some product for the office >2 1/2 weeks ago. Took my money by CC. No delivery. Sent emails and did chat. No responses.
Tried to contact Wild Foods. No response.
I posted on Facebook and got response they would help "ASAP". There have done nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANY LONGER.
I will challenge the charge through my bank to get my money back.

The various vitamins and supplements that are offered by Wild Foods seem to be earth and “me” friendly. I’ve been using the products I buy regularly — and adding more — have even committed to subscribing for monthly deliveries! While typically everything arrives in a timely manner, occasionally there are glitches - however the customer support people are always responsive and helpful. Their enthusiasm *totally* makes me feel like part of the Wild family!

My husband is on the Bull Blend and so far he has seen a noticeable improvement in his health. The company is great to work with and is very responsive to questions or concerns. I’m at the point now that I don’t want to deal with any company that doesn’t put their customers first and this company does. Five stars for me.
