While buying the drug i needed was a bit complicated, its not a surprise as it is not for sale in the UK. Greg was always helpful and polite, even when, as a result of reviews on this site, i asked him for a picture of the drugs on the shelf! ( the picture arrived 5 minutes later. If you are ordering medicines, check with your home government to see if an inport certificate is required, as it is likely that if one is, and you dont get one ( often via your vet) then the package will be seized. Lastly, if the drugs are important to you or your pet, pay the extra for the courier. It still took a week to get to the UK but i could track it, and it got here

Nothing but good to say about them. Took a little time to arrive but we ARE on the other side of the world. Recommend.

Greg was always fast to answer my emails and very polite (which is the only reason for two stars) although I do NOT think the company made a true effort to get the product to me. The refund was very slow in coming and only came after countless reminders over several months that I was waiting for it. The refund was far less than I paid for the product, but in the end I was grateful to get ANYTHING back and I just want to move on.

Always excellent service from Wilderstore! My last parcel got lost in post so Greg sent out a replacement quickly! The lost parcel turned up days later and Greg told me to keep it as shipping costs were expensive which shows they do care about their buyers!! Thankyou Wilderstore.

i have seen some bad reviews about this company but I can only say I was very pleased with fast delivery and medication ordered for my cat.

Sent wrong product & wrong quantity. Have not answered 10+ emails. I will seek compensation through Visa.

Paid for the item but no delivery. Tried sending them emails but no reply. This is fraud.

Unfortunately I read about them too late but I also run after product's I purchased for my little sick Canary. First order apparently my card was declined for whatever reason. I only found out when I asked them. So I aced t be order again. Since that day I keep checking my bank account and it my current order came out. So I am not sure if I am going to receive anything. I've been dealing with a guy called Greg- anyone heard of him? I chased today for the tracking number a d shipping date. 😖

First order was leaked in transit by postal service. Today I've received a free replacement.

After 3 months no money refund, no delivery or contact. Hose (person) in chare of contact, was sending funny e-mails making fany clients going crazy. In short, forget your money, you never going to get money refunded or products. In short, chaters, bandits, fraud

They took money twice and didnt send anything!!!
Dog is dying, i was hoping to get that medicine!

As previous reviews have stated, they take your money and don't send the goods. If they do respond to email, it's to make false promises about the items being shipped.

I ordered goods on 18/8/2014,paid for express delivery,and still have not received anything !
Jose sent me a false tracking number,which did not exist,and now they dont reply to my emails

Ordered dog shampoo and wormers on 06/07/14 and still waiting! Sent numerous emails and no response. No communication at all from them!
Do NOT use Wilderstore as they will take your money but never send your items and rip you off,

since 14/7/14 that i'v bought a medicine to my little cute dogs.. that are very sick, it was too expensive for me, but a i like so much them.... and this company did not give me complete information about the delivery, and until the present moment was not delivery yet.... and nobody answer me my questions anymore..... just hide way...
they give reference number after 14 days cause I've asked for god sake...
but they didn't give the name of the delivery company.... i'm very furious, cause, it was my hope to save my cute dogs.....
i ask one more time...

i'm trying to save two Pets God instead of to sacrifice them...
cause i love them....

PLEASE JUST DO WHAT IS CORRECT SEND ME INFORMATION ABOUT EVERYTHING.. TIME IS LIFE... AND I CANT LOSE ANYMORE OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND I'LL TRY OTHER WAY......
