I'm in love with sea kayaking

......thanks to Craig and Lucy, our instructors for five days in Torridon. Not only were they experienced and well equipped but they also treated us to a comfortable, relaxing holiday with great food. Nothing was left to chance, everything was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend a trip with Wilderness Scotland, whatever you wish to achieve. I've already bought a new paddle and now I'm scheming for ways to get a kayak as good as the ones we used.

We live in Florida and signed up for walking in Shetland and Orkney. I was concerned about the "little details" of how/where to meet the guide and how to get there ... and how to get home again ... I called/emailed WS for advice ... and all went flawlessly!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with a wonderful guide (Ray) ... loved it and will be back!

Fantastic Shetland and Orkney Islands Tour…

The Shetland and Orkney Islands Tour exceeded all my hopes and expectations!! It was a terrific combination of Neolithic, Viking and Medieval sites, spectacular scenery with walks along stunning cliffs, and thousands of sea birds. It also included WWII sites. The guide was knowledgeable and organized. All the arrangements and bookings were done for us so we wasted no time. The trip kept us busy, but still included some "down-time" -- which was more than plenty for me. Great food and hotels. I am over the moon happy with my trip and highly recommend Wilderness Scotland!!

Scottish wildlife

The tour was exactly as advertised and our guide was very knowledgeable and ready to adapt to our party's needs. We did a wildlife tour and saw everything we hoped to see... including a wild cat!

We loved our West Highland Way trek…

We loved our West Highland Way trek with Wilderness Scotland, as it provided a challenging itinerary with all of the support we needed to make the trip manageable and fun. All of our interactions with staff—from pre-trip communications to our wonderful guide—were professional, friendly, and absolutely helpful. We hope to travel with Wilderness Scotland again!

Excellent Kayak holiday in Mull

Excellent Kayak holiday in Mull.
The office team were very helpful (as well as patient and courteous) in dealing with our ever changing group requirements. The guides, Mike & Jamie were fantastic at exploring what we as a group of friends with a range of abilities/skills, wanted from the experience and then delivered 200%. The teaching was well structured (formal and informal) and the days well balanced. The brew and lunch stops on deserted white sand beaches were glorious. The bonus was decent weather after the previous 10days of gale force winds/rain. An unexpected treat was the hot tub at the end of the day.
Comfortable, warm accommodation and good home cooking topped off a memorable holiday.
Thank you Wilderness Scotland team (again!)

Great Trip

Everything was well planned, previewed in advance for us and well executed by our guide. Not a thing to worry about, just the way a great vacation should be!

WHS with Wilderness Scotland

A wonderful holiday and a great way to experience the WHW. The variety, the stunning scenery, the different accommodation, the fun of finding lovely food and the efficient and effective support of Wilderness Scotland all along the way made this a trip to remember. We're already planning our next itinerary. The 'supported' walk is really a great way to bring so many enjoyable aspects of walk touring together.
