Seems the slots and stuff are a bit rigged

Dislike being able to cash out idk why I can't cash out to the same card as I deposit money

I find that the winnings on the slots are mini and so when you are betting .50 and the most you win is .09 you will find that your money does not last at all. so is it really worth it. Id say no.

I did win, but it was very hard to get my money and I still didn’t get the money from before because I went to bitcoins and it’s out there somewhere and I don’t know where it is and I lost $750 because nobody will help me .

I am writing this email because I am beyond frustrated with the service I received today from an agent named Dante Roberts. I have been a loyal member of Wild Casino since the day you opened your doors. I am currently halfway to Platinum Level 2, yet I was treated like a first-time player today.

During my chat, I was told that my weekly reward was a mere $2.60. When I asked for a manager to review my lifetime loyalty for a modest $20 gesture, I was told:

"No manager or supervisor is available".

"There is no ticket #" for my issue.

"There is no direct line for VIP".

As a founding member, I know for a fact that management is available to handle VIP concerns. To be told otherwise is a flat-out lie, and it is insulting to a player of my standing. I was counting on my loyalty bonus to continue my play today, and instead, I was met with scripts and "feedback" tags that don't help me at the tables.

I am especially concerned that Dante Roberts claimed there is 'no ticket number' and 'no supervisor available'. As a founding member, I find it hard to believe Wild Casino has moved to a 'no-management' model for its VIPs. I am requesting that a Senior Floor Manager review the transcript of this chat, as the level of service provided was a total failure of your stated VIP Tier standards."

I have saved the entire chat transcript. Before I take this matter to Trustpilot and other player advocacy forums, I am giving you the opportunity to make this right. I am requesting a $20 loyalty credit to reflect my status and the time I have invested in this casino since the beginning.

I expect a response from a supervisor—not a generic support template—immediately.

I wish there were more bonuses

Canadians don't play here. I came a across a guy on redit that had connections to this site and was told because it's an American funds site, they do not want to payout Canadians because the exchange is so much and we would be gaining so much by doing so. I feel like I gave witnessed this first hand. I use to do okay here, and now in the past 6 plus months the only time I get a bonus is if I bet $0.20 which amounts to nothing hardly. Havent won $100 to withdrawl forever and decided to just close my account

They locked my account never returned an email as to why or tried to resolve the problem
