The wrong bouquet was delivered. The driver returned several hours later with a rather bruised, rather small, disappointing bunch of flowers. Definitely not worth the £270 it cost me!

Very easy to order the flowers for local delivery. Realized I forgot the flat number and the Wild at Heart staff were very helpful and made the change for me to ensure the flowers were delivered to the right place. The delivery company called in advance to let my mum know when they would be coming, and though they were a bit later than originally planned, they were really lovely.
Stunning flowers I used them for my bridal bouquet. I did end up with flower dye on my dress but that’s only because I didn’t put them in water overnight! They really were the most beautiful flowers I’d ever seen and delivered in a gorgeous box.
The most gorgeous autumnal wreath was received with delight from a close friend! I have been told the compliments they have received have been endless! Thank you for helping me send such a memorable gift!
I honestly regret hiring this company for my birthday party. I only chose them because their Instagram and website looked amazing, but what I got was nothing like what we agreed on — not even close.
We had discussed a specific floral style and color palette, and I paid a high price expecting quality and professionalism. On the day of the event, I was so upset that I even told the owner directly that I hated it. The arrangements looked completely different from our references and felt rushed and careless.
Communication throughout the process was poor — emails went unanswered for days, and getting updates was a constant struggle. After the event, I asked for a partial refund because what they delivered wasn’t what I paid for, but their response was basically “not bothered.” No accountability, no regret, nothing.
I truly wish I had read other reviews before booking. It seems I’m not the only one — I later discovered they’ve ruined special occasions for other people too. Such a disappointment, especially from a company that presents itself so beautifully online

Excellent product combined with constant updates re delivery. Excellent.
Delivered beautiful fresh flowers on time, every time!
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The information on the delivery time was less than stellar
Great customer service! The staff were quick, friendly, and the flowers are beautiful!
Fabulous flowers and experience!
The young woman who helped us was incredibly sweet (it was her first day) and put together a stunning bouquet for my husband's mother's 90th birthday. She packed it perfectly for our travel by coach to Bristol. The quality of the flowers on offer at Wild at Heart is exceptional - the variety of colors, textures and scents. I was inspired to take a photo the day before, and we decided to go back the next day to purchase a special bouquet. My mother in law loved it and said it was very special to get one from Liberty's!
I purchased the Hedgerow’ bouquet Saturday 30/09. By the following Monday, many of the flowers had died, spoiling the look of the whole bouquet. Rather than write a public review, I contacted the company directly and attached photos. The company offered me a replacement bouquet, which arrived Friday 05/09 and was beautiful, but by Monday, once again, lots of the flowers had wilted and died. Once again, I contacted the seller, but have yet to hear back.
I am extremely disappointed, not least as I have ordered from Wild at Heart in the past and the flowers lasted for at least a week.
I really do think that a luxury florist such as this, selling bouquets well north of £100, should be able to source better-quality and longer-lasting flowers.

The flowers were good, but a next day order was not delivered on the next day. Had it not been an anniversary it would have been a minor problem.

We ordered a bunch of flowers (sketch) When the bunch arrived, the roses were bruised and other flowers wilting. I complained about the state, attaching pictures of one of the roses bruised, but received an unsatisfactory well written response. There were many more, but I didn’t have time to take photos of all of them.
This is quite disappointing given the cost of the bunch (£175) and I won’t be ordering again from this flourish.

The flowers and buttonhole were as promised…they were for our wedding and added charm to overall attire. Thank you!
Flowers were beautiful(though some dropping petals by the time they were delivered). Whoever carried out the delivery were poor. They reported that the flowers were delivered which was true BUT not to the right address. I won't go on, but bemused why the deliverers didn't ring the recipient's mobile at any point.
