If this was just a review on the furniture received it would be 5*
However -
The service and communication through the whole process was extremely lacking.
We ordered a table on the 4th September with an agreed timescale of 4 weeks.
15 weeks later after lots of broken/false promises, a ridiculous amount of messages to chase, over 5 promised and then missed delivery dates and many frustrating messages we finally received our table.
The sad thing is our table is beautiful hence 3 stars,however the horrendous service and lack of communication has ruined our experience with this business and we wouldn’t order again.
Recommendations to Business -
I would recommend that you provide realistic timescales first and foremost. The customer is always informed of delays or issues ahead of time as Customers should not have to chase you! Delivery dates are adhered too and if not possible the customer is contacted ahead of the date. You don’t promise the customer pictures or updates and then not provide them as this just depletes any trust the customer has in you.
Customers shouldn’t have to battle to get a product they have ordered and paid for.

We have taken this on board and from now on will update each client at least once a week. Thank you for an open and honest review so we can improve going forward. As a small company I have to wear many hats but our new client managing software will help us keep future clients updated. Once again I am so glad you love your table

Excellent service all round
George was great to work with and listened to our needs when helping us to tweak our design to make it suit our space. Communication was excellent with the option for updates on each stage, pricing was great for a handmade bespoke item and the quality is amazing. We wanted it ready in time for a special event and got lots of compliments from family and friends. Very happy with the service and product we received.

An absolute nightmare is the only way I can describe my experience with this company and would strongly warn anyone else to avoid ordering anything bespoke.
Said time scale not adhered to.
Extremely poor communication.
Full of false promises and a compulsive liar.
Getting our money back which was the company’s suggestion has been problematic to say the least.
Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Unfortunately we had delays on this project due to moving premises. One major problem we had was that this client seemed to think their product was all we were working on and despite getting pictures showing the progress decided to pull the plug leaving us majorly out of pocket. If working on a project I sometimes don’t hear my phone due to the machine noise and wearing PPE, however I was getting 4 or 5 missed calls a day and messages even having sent picture updates the day before! Despite all of this they were clearly not happy so we gave them a full refund not deducting anything for material or time wasted. Not sure what more we could have done on this one
Extremely happy with a beautiful table
At first we were a little apprehensive being a newly formed company but we are very happy we chose George to make our table. It is now in our kitchen and looks fabulous. The quality is very good and it is made from a lovely thick piece of walnut. I would recommend these guys and wish them all the best for a long and successful future.
