Scam

It's so unfortunate that such a nice idea is ruined through such a scam organization. I tried to cancel the abonnement but they just keep ignoring me until I cancelled the payment. Then instead of replying about canceling the abonnement, they wrote an email asking for the payment. Finally they agreed to cancel the abonnement but I will still have to pay for all the months that they ignored me! I cancelled in November and now is February! I also have not realized that I signed up for this abonnement since it was supposed to be a free book package for a just born baby. Total scam. You better buy books in the shop since they are not even matching with the babies age!
