I bought 2 wigs, one was just perfect! The second just wasn’t laying quite right. Customer service was excellent! They responded immediately to every email to fix the issue and make sure I was completely satisfied. I will be buying from this site again!

This was quite possibly the worst wig I ever purchased. I have purchased better wigs on Amazon than the one I got. It’s supposed to be Ash blonde and it is literally orange and yellow. The return policy makes it prohibitive to return since you have to pay for shipping and a $25 restocking fee or whatever they wanna call it. I don’t recommend this company based on my experience plus it took me almost 6 weeks to get the wig. Not worth the money, not worth the wait, not worth the effort.

Wrong color, cheaply ,made and customer service was terrible. Will not let you return item and over 6 weeks still trying to return for refund. My advise dont ever order from them.

Hi y'all. I decided to let my gray hair grow out. Not wanting to live with gray roots over red hair for at least a year, I decided to go back to blond,my original hair color. I bought my 1st Wigyy a couple of months ago and when the response was so good I realized how fun this would be. Wanting to save money, my next purchase was 3 for $50 from another company. Way wrong move! So I bought 2 more Wigyy wigs, and just bought 2 more. The company is legit; super wigs at a great price! I only wish they shipped faster. Thanks Wigyy!

Not an ethical company. Ordered a wig in May and never received it. After leaving negative reviews they said they would refund my money. Never received it.

I received my second wig purchase (the "Gladys") this past Sunday. This time it did not arrive via USPS but via GOFO Express (that's a whole other review for GOFO), who, unfortunately, are not as fast as USPS as they allow themselves (3) days to deliver once they have your package. This is NOT Wigyy's fault, of course, as it is GOFO's policy.

On to the wig, it is a very nice wig, the curls are bouncy and it appears it will be easy to maintain the curls in the future with a curling iron. The color matched exactly as advertised, "brunette" and I can't wait to wear this wig. As the title suggested, this is my second purchase from Wigyy.

It takes about 5 days to reach the U.S. from Hong Kong and then just a few days to reach you in the U.S., really depending on what state you are in.

I recommend Wigyy.

I have cancer and was really struggling with losing my hair during chemo. I wanted to find wigs that were natural and pretty. Wigyy offers so many different colors and styles. I was impressed with how beautiful, bright, and soft they were when they arrived. I would definitely buy more wigs!

This has been an ongoing saga, not happy with wig at all, they said to return to such and such address, which I did at extra cost only for it to be sent back to me RTS. Then Wigyy said money had been refunded to my bank account to which it had not, I emailed them numerous times and all I got was an automated response money in your account - it was not and never received refund. Never Again!

Order was easily sent and received. Be careful with the colors their not exactly as shown. Mine ran alittle darker then pictured. Refund was issued at 50% because I was told the items were what I ordered, not what was pictured but 50% was refunded and I didn't send the items back just gave them away to someone who was better matched. Refund took time but got it. Thank you. Would have loved it to be the right color.

I would like to start out with a received the wrong color. And as soon as I contacted customer service, they fixed it immediately letting me keep the wrong color and refund me 50%. They were fast in their response.
