THESE SOCKS ARE SIZED FOR A CHILD! I WEAR SIZE 15 AN COULD NOT EVEN PULL THEM OVER MY FOOT. NO I AM NOT OBESE OR DIABETIC JUST WANTED THE EXTRA ROOM. Boy was I wrong. They are so small I could not pull them over my foot. There is no way in hell these are sized for americans. I really like the material and construction so I called the customer support line and told them my problem. They told me to send them back for a refund but i had to pay the 19 dollars shipping back. So even though its a manufacturing sizing issue I paid a and sent them back. Then I got a email from the customer return dept spanking me and telling me they were doing a favor by offering a refund. Seems their policy is if you do anything but look at them through the plastic they are not returnable. I learned a tough lesson that Americam Manufacturing and quality no longer mean anything and the people they have to hire are NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED AT ALL! Really a shitty experience dealing with wig wam!! Based on my experience they are a Horrible company with terrible return policies. Do your nself a favor and do not buy their products. You have been warned!
