My wig is everything I was hoping to get!
I needed to return the first one I ordered as it was a bit too small for me. The refund process was simple and prompt. The wig I decided on arrived and I was quite impressed. I could wear it right away without it being too shiny or artificial looking. But....especially important was the cut of the style was the same length on both sides (no this isn't the case with all out there) AND there was the same volume on both sides. I had been ordering from another place for years and the quality was getting so bad I thought I would not be able to find another style that would work for me in a better quality. Well, I did! And I am very happy and will be a return customer.

Quality wasn't great, but return was very easy
The quality of the wig I received wasn't up to wigs.com's usual standards; the bangs looked like they had been cut, and the hair was sticking out in unusual places. However, the return was very easy and they refunded all but shipping very quickly.

Well, the order said I was getting a free cap-it was not in the box. But the wig and the stand that i paid for were both there. I guess nothing in Life is free, as they say!

I am a happy camper buying from Wigs.com
The purchasing experience was really easy. I love the Envy wig in chocolate cherry. I am having issues with my wig only because the petite size that I ordered does not provide coverage around my face meaning the lace area shows my velvet slip protector on one side along with showing my grey hair "side burns" and also at the nape of my neck. The lace was very uncomfortable: itchy and rough, not soft as with other wigs. I put on silicone tape to help that but I have to redo it every other day. I guess I was surprised that a wig you spend a lot of money on should be comfortable from the git go. I love this wig but will order size average to see if that helps alleviate the issues above. I love the style selection and plan to expand my collection.
