The customer service is 110%! I called a few times with concerns and was treated great. I love my wigs I purchased so far and will be getting more to add to my collection. I am only dealing with Wigs.com from now on .
I do have one request....30% first time coupon is confusing as if the wig is on sale you cannot use your welcome coupon?
We should people state that .If it is in the fine print..I missed it.

Wonderful product, but color didn’t match my hair
I ordered two ponytail claw clips, one straight and one curly. Although they were beautiful, they were just too golden for my hair, so I had to return them. If I could get them in a very light ash blonde, or a champagne blonde, or the color 56; I would definitely try again. The return was easy with no problems.

have used them multiple times in the past. They’re more expensive than other Wig stores online but they usually ship within two days. It’s now been over a week. There’s no tracking they have not responded to my email.
I leave tomorrow for a trip. I trusted their consistency. At the least, I would expect a response to my customer service email
I will not use again. Edit: from two stars to one.
So I communicated with them multiple times I ordered the second by the eighth they hadn’t shipped. OK, that’s fine. I’ve never had that experience before but I messaged to cancel the order since I’m leaving today for a trip and I would just purchase a wig in a store. After not being able to get through to their customer service on the phone after sending that email that I wanted to cancel, they then shipped it yesterday. Really disappointed in their customer experience they respond on here because they care about the reviews, but literally ignored my emails for five days and then sent a bunch on the 8th only after I tried to cancel
