Beware about RETURNS!!!!! Don’t believe the wording I believe it’s intentionally misleading!
The site gave me the false impression that I could return the wig at no cost to me. However, that was not the case I had to pay UPS just under $18.00 for the shipping label to return the wig. So in my opinion, wigs.com is not clearly explaining how a return will work! I felt deceived and would like a refund of the shipping costs!!!! I have bought many wigs and I cannot recommend this company. I will not buy anything from them again unless I get a refund for the shipping costs! What about your deceptive wording on your site?????

Returns are not free, but we do offer the option to use our prepaid return label for $10.95 or complete a self-return using your own carrier.We also do not refund the shipping cost, as stated in our return policy.

Nice but not my style.
Fast service and fast refund. I need a large-size cap wig. They are hard to find. This style did not suit me. I'm a Bob person and always looking for one that is not layered.
