My internet connection drops out frequently (several disconnections everyday). After more than 2 months and many calls to support team, I have been told that I am not right and the connection is good. They do not even bother themselves to come and to test it. I have provided many test results. I have verified the issue on multiple devices. They did some changes without finding the issue, hoping it fixes the issue but didn’t work. Every time I call them, it takes easily 1 week to receive an answer (typically they say either there is no problem, or we did some changes, test now).
Moreover, many people in the building have been experiencing this issue. In last call, they told me that I am the only one reporting this issue among the neighbors, so it means I am not right and they are not going to fix it.

They don't work . They just log tickets and no one works on ground and then close tickets on their own. They claim they have good internet speed in CROUS which is total false. I mean the government is anyways least bothered to do an audit for the same so they are having a gala time unethically extracting money from the government meanwhile students struggle in their residence for basic internet speed in 2025. They flagged the review so I rephrased for better context. Cannot get more low.

Atrocious. Constantly a maximum of 5 Mbit/s speed on speedtest.net independant of number of people using or download size. Every hotel wifi is faster and where Wifirst is installed people actually might need it for their studies or because they have no other options. (For some reason UPLOAD speeds are always far greater than anyone actually would ever need, like 55 Mbit/s). Unusable.

I’m in the crous olympe de gouges and the wifi has been out for 3 days, this hasn’t been the first time this has happened as the wifi is slow, and sometimes completely breaks.
Not only that my wifi won’t accept the new nor the old keys I asked PlanetCampus so I can connect to it, and Wifirst doesn’t provide much help either.
The student residences should stop using these kinds of WiFi’s and instead give a personal box in the dorm so it can be managed better. Worst experience ever.

The network bandwidth is unstable. Every few seconds we go from 20 ping to freaking 2000. Can't even listen to music or even watch videos without it lagging out. Literally unusable. Ended up using my phone's 4G.

Total disaster. This has to be the worst customer service and product provider out there. We’ve been dealing with a full Wi-Fi outage for over three days at Crous Limoges — and guess what? The only response we get is "please be patient." No technician. No real-time help. No onsite support. Nothing.
What kind of joke is this? In 2025, and students still can’t rely on basic internet? This is a complete embarrassment — for the company, for the so-called “customer support” team, and for Crous Limoges for tolerating this mess.
Do better. Or shut it down.

Wish I'd checked this site before flushing 20 euros down the drain. The wifi service on the campsite La Vallee Heureuse is unusable, and customer service blames my computer which runs wifi fine everywhere except on camping La Vallee Heureuse in Orgon, or tells me to go to the other site of the campsite to use it there which kind of defeats the purpose of having internet on my campsite at La Vallee Heureuse in Orgon.
Don't waste your money on Wifirst, better use it for something nice like a good mobile data package

This company doesn’t deserve even 1 star . I am trying to solve a wi-fi problem during month and a half already. But they just send me feedback that everything is ok now when its not. Its kind of a form of gaslighting really. When i ask to come to my appartement to check by technician problem himself, I have to go everytime through the same procedure they ask me to make another and another speedtest which is a disaster, cause its not only about poor signal but also about its instable. Then to wait 2-3 days then they say it should be ok. But its not then i call again and its a vicious circle. I ask for technician they need 3 more days to get a respond from technical support and so on and so on. Thank you for giving me neurosis and left me without possibility of working during last month and a half.
What a very poor performance. Third time in one week internet connection issues. No response to mails from custom service. Waste of money for 2 weeks internet costing 51 Euro's.
Bad WiFi and very bad service. You can’t call them and if you mail them they say there’s no problem with the connection. Don’t let people pay for bad WiFi.
