The contractor was sent very late for the most important work, and they didn’t follow my written requirements for a critical task. This caused unnecessary stress (they have drilled etc. so they could not easily fix it), and I had to spend more to buy more expensive adapters to make the setup work.

Really good efficient service and advice, took time to explain all the issues and sorted quickly to update existing equipment, and fully tested everything before leaving. I would highly recommend as a company that cares about quality service

I would definitely recommend WiFi Heroes. I had a problem with the WiFi in my newly built garden office. They came out within a couple of days. Steven - the onsite technician - was very helpful and knowledgable and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and installed an ubiquiti access point in our garden office which connected to our WiFi booster router via rhe existing ethernet cable. I am delighted. They were helpful both on initial contact and then on site and have quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. All for a reasonable price. Many thanks.

Really really good start to finish. Very good understanding of WiFi, pricing very good ( for good product) really good installation work, tidy and well hidden. Now have mega fast everywhere. Very nice guys too - fully recommend 👍👍

Ash, Matt and the fellow who specialised at working at height were all brilliant. Polite, helpful and genuinely took pride in their work.
They were so respectful to my family and treated my home like it was their own. Definitely the best tradesmen we have come across.

They left the job neat and tidy. They also improvised to provide a solution when the quote was missing an item.

I would thoroughly recommend them.
They are not the cheapest but their responsiveness, knowledge and attention to detail is top class.

Their great WiFi devices around my house allowed me to successfully have a smart home automation installed.

Very impressed. After completing an enquiry form online I was contacted almost immediately. Berry carried out a site survey and couple of days later and recommended a solution for my Wi-Fi problems. The following week Matt and Steve arrived on time and installed the solutions. They did a great job hiding cables and left my property clean and tidy.

I had my garden WiFi fitted 3 years ago. I had an issue recently and contacted them. They fixed the issue straight away and my internet is now working perfectly .
I highly recommend this business as the aftercare is excellent, fast and efficient.

Had issues with WIFI connections in my house and no WIFI at all in my annexe. Very impressed with this company. Great communication during the process. Installation by Matt was superb. Talked me through what he was doing and went the extra mile in checking all my TVs etc where working correctly when we had finished. Highly recommended

A brilliant service from first point of call to installation. Matt installed a broadband extender to our summer house, some 200 feet from the main house. He arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure we had super fast speeds and all the cables were tacked nicely hidden through hedges and trees. He run through everything before leaving.
Well done guys.

An unbelievably amazing service provided. Systems went down at our restaurant/pub in the country side, couldn’t take calls, take payments, take orders or send them through to the kitchen through our system
WiFi Heros not only stood by the phone waiting for updates while I shuttled to and from from the premises to call them as I had no signal, they talked me through how to get the systems back on and working without sending an engineer out which they were more than willing to dispatch

WiFi heroes have lived up to their name - now have excellent WiFi throughout the house. Their engineer Matt was very helpful and answered all my queries and gave good advice on service positioning etc. def recommend

I have waited a few weeks before writing the review, just to check the excellent work of the Hero’s team.
Installation was great - the cabling is tidy, the wiring into the garden office is protected and the mesh systems are well disguised.
The results are stable and super fast WiFi throughout the house. As our house includes the garden office and three stories with plenty of steel in the ceilings, this is a new experience! This holds up with four people working from home.
Well worth the investment and thanks to the Hero’s for a great job!

Did exactly as promised from start to finish. Ash & Steve didn't just look for easy options and made sure we were happy. Took time at the end of the job to ensure everything was up and running - when there was an issue with intercom made sure it was resolved before the guys left. Don't normally write reviews but definitely deserved on this occasion.

Matt just upgraded and improved our home WiFi network, replacing our old WAPs and installing an additional new WAP. We now have full gigabit ethernet in all areas of our 2-story, 4-bedroom house and garden. He also investigated and fixed a fault with the network cabling to our garden shed/office that previous installers had missed. Matt clearly explained everything he did, and his work was professional and meticulous.

These guys were great. So knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
