Is it a scam?

I agree with every word by Brendan O'Regan, every time I complain of non-delivery I am told it is on the way and I must be patient. As far as my contact with this firm my opinion is not to be trusted and I still have not received the item, but payment was taken the day after I placed the order.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM
Ordered WifiBlast on 21 April 2020 and still waiting for the item to be delivered (17 July 2020). Numerous contacts to company requesting a refund have been refused. Company provides tracking information to support that the product has been sent but tracking numbers are always different and show the item as going backwards and forwards in LA
I am now taking complaint action with the Federal Trade Commission USA and the State Consumer Protection Agency. Any body want to join in???? I have found numerous similar complaints in other review forums.

These people are running a clickbait scam AVOID!!!

Do not believe a word you read about this company! I placed an order on May 6th 2020. Today, July 16th, it still hasn't arrived. They will not give me a refund. Their advertising pop-up on the website claiming that "Michael T in Watford purchased WiFiBlast about 32 minutes ago" is fake - too many Michaels, hardly anyone buying in London and not a single non-Anglo-Saxon name. At the rate they pop up (every ten seconds or so and non-repetitively) they would be shipping about 10,000 of these products to the UK alone EVERY DAY! I am also complaining to the Competition & Markets Authority in the UK and the Federal Trade Commission in the USA

Power plug doesn’t work in Australia

Power plug doesn’t work in Australia. Why advertise a product in other geo-zones or ship internationally when it’s not fit for purpose in those locations? Now I have to go buy a travel plug at extra expense for an item that may or may not work. Wifi Blast has lost all credibility.

Do not use this company

in repsonse to an internet advert, I placed an order with this company on 1 May 2020. Their stated delivery was 1 - 3 days order processing, then 14 working days delivery to the UK. This is top side, but I accepted that. They took my money with the order. On 24 May 2020, I requested a delivery eta, thinking that it would be imminent. I was sent a tracking link, which indicated no movement since 6 May 2020. I again chased up my order and said I wanted to cancel it, only to be told it could not be cancelled and that the goods were "in transit". If I wished to cancel, then if I sent them back at my cost, I could have a refund. Moral to the tale; however good the advert looks, these people have absolutley no intention of providing good customer service. Don't use them. No more interent adverts for me.
By way of update and to be fair: the goods have finally arrived and seem to actually work quite well. Not a scam it turns out, but a seriously badly run business, with very poor customer service. Therefore; still one star and can't recommend using them.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES

Do NOT, i repeat DO NOT go anywhere near this company. They are scammers and thieves. I made an order for GBP85.00, i cancelled the order within hours as i realised after reading more reviews that the products don’t work. That was in April, they took payment from me and i am still waiting for the refund, they have attempted all excuses in order not to refund me, i have full emails from KYLE at this company. They have been reported to my credit card company and now I’m doing all i can to warn you good people, do NOT deal at all with this company
