Very bad experience in the widiane Resort
I spent 2 nights in the widiane Resort in the bin el widane in Morocco and I was scammed.
The story :
I booked the room through their web site, I got the worst room I ever had for such rate( 150 euros). Instead of giving me the new room on the la source area, they put me in room in the kasbah area. The room in the kasbah area I had is old, very small, feel the moisture and close to speaker ( noisy) and you have to be very strong to open the door ( the door stack with the soil)
Please avoid the room in the kasbah area.
Why I was scammed : I went to the reception complaining and instead of giving me a room for 2 people for no additional cost in the la source area, they gave me a room for 3 people and I was obliged to pay 30 euros in addition per night. By the way the resort was almost empty.
Very bad experience.
