I’ve always had trouble getting boots to fit my big calf and the embarrassment in the shops not being able to do the zipper up . But after finding this website I was over the moon . I’ve got some lovely looking country boots, so much so I’ve been telling everyone at my work place about the website and what great choice of boots to choose from .

Boots arrived very quickly, website easy to use. The boots were excellent quality, beautiful leather, unfortunately, the wrong size.

I had problems in using the website to return the boots. Because the boots were faulty I had to upload photos so they could contact the manufacturer. Not really my problem but this feature wasn't working and so it was frustrating. Customer services said I had to use the faulty goods return despite there being a guaranteed returns policy anyway. In the end I just did a ordinary return - hope this means doesn't mean someone else gets the boots that had clearly been worn.

I have never been able to find boots wide enough around the calf, but with these I can even wear jeans inside. Was so pleased I have purchased another pair in a different colour. The leather is beautiful and the zipper good quality. Your products have made a 71 year old very happy to be as fashionable as any 21 year old, for the first time in my life. Thank you. Can anything be improved, I don’t think so.

Firstly the company it is not in the UK

I made 4 calls to the customer service for advice before ordering to avoid a return but still received wrong sized boots

The customer service team in my opinion do not have an understanding of the boots sizing and I state this with confidence after speaking to 4 different employees

I cannot praise this company enough! I have always wanted a pair of knee length boots but have never managed to get any to fit my large calves. Searching on the internet I discovered this company and was over the moon. Such a range for me to choose from. I ordered my boots on a Friday and received them on Monday - all the way from Holland! The boots are a delight to wear and superb quality and lovely leather. Thank you so much .

Accurate sizing for calf measurements. It would be good if each product had a side, front and back photo.

I struggle with getting wider calf boots that at the same time are excellent quality and look stylish. A friend recommended this website. Normally wider calf boots are chunky riding boots, but not on this website - so many choices of styles and colours. You put in your actual measurements, it calculates the size for you, and voila. I ordered high leg heeled Jilsen pair, for the price, they are an excellent choice, as it is minimum half of the made to measure boots here in London. I am very happy with the ease of the website, the breadth of the choices, amazing speed with which I received the goods, literally 2 days and they were here, excellently packed, at that. Will definitely use again.
