Don't believe it when 'in stock'

More than 2 weeks now and still no shipment. 'we'll ship it as soon as we receive it'. Why should you wait for the arrival of a part in STOCK ??
Got a call today, they explain that 10 business's days for shipment of so called stock items is their conditions. Today is 13 days, and I still don't have a firm date for one item. So in total at least 14 to 15 business days plus shipment, so 3 calendar weeks.

I am extremely disappointed with the service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. The product I ordered was clearly listed as in-stock and offered with express DHL shipping at the time of purchase. Based on this, I expected my order to be processed and dispatched promptly. However, it has now been over a week, and the status still shows “Shipping soon.”
This is highly misleading. If an item is advertised as available with express delivery, then customers should receive exactly that. Instead, I am left waiting without any clear communication or transparency regarding the delay. This undermines trust and raises serious concerns about how orders are managed.
The lack of updates is equally frustrating. A professional service should proactively inform customers about any unexpected delays and provide realistic timelines. In this case, I have had to constantly check the status myself, only to find no progress. Such poor handling creates unnecessary stress and leaves the customer feeling ignored.
Express shipping is not cheap, and I paid extra with the confidence that my order would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, the experience has been the complete opposite. This kind of service not only fails to meet expectations but also damages customer confidence in the brand.
Unless there is a serious improvement in order processing speed, communication, and transparency, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. Customers deserve honesty, reliability, and respect for their time and money. Sadly, none of these have been delivered in my case.

Disappointed with Order Fulfillment and Delivery Timeline.

The product was listed as in-stock and available with express DHL shipping at the time of purchase. However, over a week has passed, and the order status still shows "Shipping soon." This is not what I expected from a service promising express delivery. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and delays.

This Was my first

This was my first order with WiAutomation. The Quick Quote tool was incredibly fast and accurate,received a clear offer right away. Delivery was punctual and everything arrived as expected. I'm a happy customer and will definitely order again

It is indeed an untrusted site!

I think it's a somewhat horrible experience, considering they are the industrial equipment site. They let you put on order and then keep dragging your time, and not fulfilling the order. I have placed my order since 4/8 as it was listed with stock, but until today 21/8 it's still stating PROGRESS and no item has been sent. It's indeed a bummer. They won't send out the item. To anyone else who wish to order, be careful when it stated with stock, it isn't and they aren't going to ship the item. They just drag you until you want to cancel, and then keep on dragging everything. One time is enough. Will need to spread to all my industrial contact that this is not a place to buy your industrial goods. No one deserves such under-rated service.

At that point, we unfortunately noted that the item you selected had sold out. We promptly informed you the following business day and immediately processed the refund upon your request.

Please rest assured that all of your emails were replied to, as our customer service team is fully dedicated to supporting our clients.

We sincerely apologize for not being able to fulfill your order or provide the level of service you expected. That said, with a large stock spread across multiple warehouses, occasional stock-out issues may occur, though we are constantly working to minimize them.

Servizio eccellente !

Very easy ordering process, the website is great and fast. Orders get processed immediately and shipped right away. I can get parts faster to Rhode Island from Italy than if I ordered from California. Prices are competitive, great company.

Issues with Stock Accuracy and Communication – Mixed Experience with WiAutomation

First of all, their stock availability information is not up to date. I only found out that the items I had ordered and paid for were not actually available after receiving an email post-purchase. I was then offered refurbished units at a “discount” — which turned out to be merely the price difference between new and refurbished products. In the end, I received double the initially offered refund amount.

Secondly, after agreeing to the refurbished units and receiving the order confirmation and package, one unit was missing. Only after I inquired did I learn that the “last unit” they had was damaged and no replacements were available. Again, this information was not proactively communicated by WiAutomation.

On a positive note, their customer service replies are prompt, and refunds are processed quickly.

BEWARE of Fraud Activities

It's been truly disappointing customer service and orders handling experience, we've experienced this twice and we don't recommend ordering from wiautomation.

We placed an order on 25Jul based on a personalized quote, all items were listed in-stock and lead time was quoted between 1 to 10 days max. We made the payment and received order confirmation the same day.

On 28Jul, we requested shipping information to make sure our order is well planned for, then we received wiautomation response on 29Jul "the lead time for the items listed "in stock" on our webpage may vary from 1 to 10 business days". We checked back again on the 30Jul, and got responded on the 31Jul that the main item on our order is not in-stock and the new lead time is further 2-3 weeks, which was disappointing, but we tried to cope with it.

Given the new lead time, we requested to receive the available items asap and get the late item shipped separately upon its receipt, however wiautomation responded that in this case we MUST pay an extra shipping amount (literally more than the original shipping price on the entire order) just to receive the available items on time, which was truly disappointing as it is none of our fault to pay the additional cost or to have all items delayed awaiting for the long lead item.

On 31Jul, we requested improvement on the backordered item’s lead time, and reconsideration of the split shipment cost, which wiautomation has not helped by any. As a result, we requested the cancellation of the long lead item as we can’t afford the wait, and requested the ETA delivery and tracking information for the remaining items.

Surprisingly, wiautomation responded on 4Aug and advised that the current lead time for the remaining items will be 10-days starting 4-Aug, which we strongly rejected as this is taking us to square zero. At that point, we completely lost our confidence in their support and customer satisfaction/experience, therefore we had to request the cancellation of the entire order as we can’t wait further.

On 5Aug, wiautomation responded to our cancellation request that the order has been processed and is in an advanced stage that can’t be cancelled unless we pay 40% restocking fees. We absolutely consider this a fraud and will have our buyer protection against them to receive a full refund, however we wanted the other customers to BEWARE.

Once an order is confirmed and processed by our team, the goods are moved and certain additional costs may be incurred. We always wait for the customer's confirmation before proceeding, and after receiving your confirmation, your order was processed accordingly.

Therefore, additional costs were incurred, which, in the case of cancellation of processed items and/or orders, are deducted from the refund.

Please note that, upon placing an order, our customers pay for a single shipment. If additional shipments are requested or required, the shipping cost will inevitably change accordingly.
Our actions aim to provide fast and practical support, and we are sorry if our policies did not meet your expectations.

Refused to cancel delayed order, unacceptable customer service

I placed an order with WiAutomation on July 15th from the UK. After several days without a shipping update, I requested to cancel the order. Despite the fact that the goods had not shipped and were still in transit between their own warehouses, the company refused to cancel or refund the order.

They admitted in writing (on July 21st and July 31st) that the items had not yet reached their main facility and were delayed due to internal logistics, customs, or strikes. Yet they continue to claim that the order is "already processed" and therefore not eligible for cancellation—even though no delivery has taken place and no tracking number was ever issued.

This is not how a reputable international seller should operate. Their own terms claim stock items ship within 7–10 business days, but as of July 31st (over 2 weeks later), I still have nothing. They’ve ignored my valid cancellation request and have delayed repeatedly without resolution.

If you're ordering from outside there country, be extremely cautious. Their refusal to cancel an unshipped order and lack of accountability for delays is unacceptable.

At the time of your request, the order was only delayed by 2 days, and the goods were already en route to our logistics center. For this reason, cancellation could not be approved at that stage.

Kindly be informed that we operate through a centralized system, with several warehouses located abroad. Products are first transferred from these warehouses to our main logistics hub, from which we then ship directly to our customers.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, this process may take between 1 to 10 business days. Delays during transit may occasionally occur, and we strive to minimize them wherever possible.

That said, we are currently re-evaluating your case internally to see what can be done in this particular situation. We will provide you with an update shortly.

Bought a NVIDIA Graphics card from the…

Bought a NVIDIA Graphics card from the website.

The amount billed on the invoice vs the amount charged to my Credit card is different. Credit card reflects a higher price, not sure why.

I also had to pay additional $150 of taxes when collecting from DHL.

Now the retail price for the graphics card listed on the website has dropped by $300.

In total, i paid... an extra of... > $500. :(

Oh well, this graphics card is very difficult to locate in my country. Well, i guess this is the extra fees for obtaining it.
