After being let down by a couple of other roofing companies WHS were recommended to us by a work colleague. We have an old house and needed quite a few repairs to the roof. We honestly thought we needed a new roof. Will came to our property to assess the situation, took the time to explain what was needed (which wasn't a new roof)and was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
We were actually out of the country when Will did the roof repairs. He and the lovely Charlotte, kept in contact with us constantly throughout, sending photo's and messages.
I couldn't fault WHS in any way and going forward wouldn't use anyone else for roof repairs and the like. 100% recommend this company and their number is a keeper in my book.

William is just great, he does what he says he's going to do and a brilliant job and he communicates....I know!! A tradesman that phones you and turns up on time! My gutters look amazing now. I wouldn't use anyone else, he is 5*

Our roof had accumulated a lot of moss. WHS did a brilliant job of cleaning it and also replaced couple of cracked tiles. William worked very hard and was very conscious and left the site very tidy. Highly recommended

Initial contact was with Charlotte to address 3 or 4 relatively minor challenges with the roof, primarily bird ingress prior to breeding season. Couldn't have been more professional if she tried.
Explained that she would contact William as he was in the area that day to see if he could pop over for a look. Arrived the same afternoon after a confirmation, and booked in for the following week.
Arrived on time, fully prepared, professional, and everything was explained to me alongside the previously delivered quote (very reasonable).
The work was carried out in an efficient but thorough manner, again with explanations and findings, and everywhere was left clean and tidy.
100% going into my very small book of trusted trades.

We contacted WHS for repair of some roof tiles and guttering after a recommendation. The service we had was brilliant. Communication was really good right from asking for a quote and the job was done by William as soon as possible.
William was very knowledgeable and completed the jobs to an excellent standard.
The cost were reasonable and what we expected for the amount of work done.
We are really pleased to have found WHS and will definitely use them again for any roofing or guttering issues.

Prompt great service. Easy from start to finish. William came when he said he would and completed the work.

William is brilliant.
Had him out twice now once to fix a leaking gutter.
Second time was more serious, had a number of tiles lifted on the roof including some broken.
Contacted him on Friday afternoon and he was with me on the Tuesday to fix it all.
I would highly recommend WHS roofing and guttering and make sure you have them in your phone you will never know when you will need a roofer

Will turned up exactly on schedule, did the job cheerfully and competently (as far as we could tell), explained what had been done, tidied up and left, all with no fuss.
And his office staff lady was friendly and helpful.
What more could you ask?

Will has done some work on my property twice now, first a necessary repair due to storms and lately a full clean and check front and back. He is reliable, works hard and I feel he is trustworthy which is very important to me

Tradesman turned up punctually, for quotes and for work, was polite and communicated with me beforehand. Tradesman worked solidly for 2 days 0800-1700 and quality of the work was fantastic. Very refreshing to have a tradesperson stick to their word and price.

Very responsive to initial email enquiry - requested photos for pricing and turned up at arranged date which was a Sunday so great re flexibility for my working days .
Work completed efficiently and with no disruption to household . Gutter clean completed effectively as damp spots coming through back bedrooms have now dried out

I couldn’t recommend Will and the team enough after replacing our gutters and facia boards on the entire house, even over our glass conservatory with a cherry picker! From quote to finish it was a pleasure dealing with WHS roofing and guttering.
