great customer service patrick helped me very honest and open minded, quick to respond. wholsalekey have never failed me they have great prices but if a key is as few dollars more they other sites I would stil choose wholsalekeys because they have earn my trust all keys i have worked and i have never have any issues so far its been a great experiance. thank you again patrick hope you stay honest and open minded.

Their delivery was fast. As I was installing a product, somehow I screwed up & couldn't figure out how to fix it. Patrick was extremely patient with me until we were able to solve the issue. Now the software is working perfectly. I'll definitely purchase more keys.

Ordered a 500 device Office key, used it for 50 devices and its used up.

They may have sold the same key to multiple customers. I was surprised when the customer services person sent me a screenshot of the key. He claims that he can see how much it is used, which means they can keep selling the key since I don't have any way of checking it until I use it up to the limit. Such product keys, especially multi-device keys should not be available for anyone to see. That can't be Microsoft guideline, which they claim to be a partner of.

That, or they faked it as a 500 device key when it is actually a 50 device key. They were not able to show any proof that it is a 500 device key.

Easy quick purchase, delivered in less than 5 minutes even after the operational hours stated in the email.

FYI, email went to my junk folder so check there before thinking it didn't get sent.

Also, follow the instructions for DISM if needed, this was a step I missed in the instructions, reached out to support and they were super helpful and I caught my mistake mid support session. Will buy again for sure.

Brought a key from these and hhad some issues with it. Talked to Live chat and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes.

So I chose "telephone" verification and wasn't sure what that meant. When I tried to activate, I was unsuccessful. I wrote to Wholesalekeys, and got an immediate email response to register by phone and a "how-to" PDF on how to do it. Tried it, a bit of a PITA, but it worked perfectly! My MS Office is now 11 years newer and much faster, using less resources. Could not be happier with the price and/or service!

I placed an order with these folks and got a bunk key. I contacted them on numerous occasions and never heard back.... Buyer beware

Edit: It turns out the key they gave was working but the instructions did not clearly state that an eval version of windows 11 IoT cannot be used with eval version (they added a popup window saying this now but this wasn't there at the time of my purchase)... I also had to search the web for a non-eval version which I was able to use and inserted the code and to my delight it worked.

Got a Windows 11 Enterprise IOT LTSC license key from them, normal activation didn't work but I got on their live chat with someone "Patrick" and in approx 30 mins they gave me the instructions and commands to run in cmd in order to activate windows with the product key received and it worked, now I have it activated.
