The order took longer then expected and the quality of the oil was not a strong as my previous orders and the color was not as dark symbolizing to the strength on the fragrance with the oil blend. I order the tobacco vanilla often for my client they to notice the difference in the level strength of the oil

Regarding your order, please note that when you made your purchase, our turnaround time was 5 to 7 business days due to a high volume of orders at that time. Our current turnaround time is always posted on the top of our website for your convenience, so you can always stay informed.
We also noticed that out of the 16 fragrances in your most recent order, only two were ones you’ve tried previously. Please keep in mind that the color of a fragrance does not indicate anything about its scent concentration. Variations in color can naturally occur due to differences in raw ingredients and dyes, but this does not impact the quality or strength of the fragrance.
We would like to assure you that there have been no changes to our fragrances or formulas, and our oils continue to be made at the highest concentration that is safe for skin use.
