We were unable to locate any previous orders under the name or email associated with your recent purchases to review and compare which fragrances were ordered. Many of the fragrances in your recent orders are not reproductions, so they are not intended to replicate a specific “original” scent.

Fragrances also naturally evolve over time as they age and are exposed to air and light. This can affect both color and scent. Comparing very mature oils to freshly made batches will result in noticeable differences, even when the formulation itself has not changed. Our formulas remains the same, with only minor adjustments over the years to comply with updated IFRA safety guidelines.

Regarding the damaged box, we weren’t contacted at the time of delivery. Once packages leave our facility, handling is managed by the carrier, but we’re always happy to assist when issues are reported promptly.

Just to clarify, your order was delayed because it was placed during a very busy holiday season for us. We always post our turnaround time on the top of our website in the red bar for full transparency. Orders usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days but our turnaround time was 6 to 8 business days at the time your order was placed. This was due to an extremely high order volume and holiday closures.

Thank you for your review. However, several statements made here are factually incorrect and require clarification.

When your order was placed on December 16th, our website clearly and prominently stated a processing time of 6–8 business days due to peak holiday order volume. December 16th is not “way before the holiday season”, it is during the busiest time of the year. Your order shipped 7 business days after it was placed, which is exactly within the time frame disclosed at checkout and prior to purchase.

Processing times can vary compared to prior orders, particularly during peak seasons. All products are made to order and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Hundreds of customers placed orders before December 16th, and it would not be fair or reasonable to prioritize later orders ahead of earlier ones.

Sales tax is not “overpriced” or set by us. It is legally required and calculated based on state and local regulations. Shipping costs are determined entirely by the carrier and smaller orders often appear to have higher shipping costs per item due to carrier pricing structures. We are a wholesale company so we do not have shipping costs built into the price of the product.

Our business is not being run poorly or differently than before. The only difference during this time was a significant increase in order volume, which was clearly communicated in advance. Your order was processed and shipped exactly as promised.
