They send messages to newly registered domain owners, inviting them to "check their data." Weird leadgen.

Whoisdatacenter is a scam as at the time i am writing this review. I paid $500 to get a realtime domain data and they claim to have such resources, but after payment they could not offer the service. Refund has taken forever and i had to initiate a chargeback.
Still on the issue at time of writing.

October 2, 2024, I finally got my $500 chargeback processed.
I wish Trustpilot would add ability to add image to reviews, would really go a long way to expose scammers like WhoisDataCenter with evidence.

Spamming domain owners. Using whois data to spam domain owners to invite them to review data you never asked them to collect.

Price is ok, but I must they its only website which provide such data.

Exercising my rights to privacy (General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679), I requested with SEVERAL EMAILS for WEEKS the removal of all data in their possession relating to my domain as well as the related personal data associated with it (name, surname, email address, telephone number and even home address) attributable to me, since the domain is currently GDPR masked: NOT A SINGLE ANSWER FROM THEM. Keeping such data constitutes a violation of the aforementioned privacy law!

Very very pathetic and bad service. I have paid for a year subscription, and I dont see anything after a month. Sent emails, and tried contacting them, There is no replies or communication.
All my support tickets are just closed. I feel so bad to even pay upfront to thee bunch of jokers. Terrible.

One of the worst service provider out there,no customer support, nothing, even there support email is not available and they won't reply to your queries, don't buy from them and go through torture ,all legitimate services provide phone numbers and addresses but as you can see, you won't find it anywhere on their website. Try to talk to them before you buy and you won't find a number.

Really bad 15 days give database 15 days not uplaod database. They fraud me. after 2-3 month face this problem.They can not response once i am say not upload database.they are solve it. but not solve it . very bad company. fraud Company whoisdatacenter.com
