Great value for money!
It's great quality loo roll and it definitely lasts much longer than the big branded rolls. I have actually had to change my order frequency as we hadn't used all of the rolls.

Average toilet paper. Style over substance.
Average toilet paper, certainly not superior as the marketing hype would suggest. Each roll is needlessly individually wrapped - undermining the claimed eco company principles. I see why they do this though as the trendy wrapping is the only thing that really sets it apart from other brands.
This brand is definitely a case of style over substance.

We understand individually wrapping our rolls does some questions and can assure you that we take the environmental impact very seriously. The reason we do this is to make sure we're not using any unnecessary plastic to help keep your rolls hygienic and damage-free before they get to your house and are ready to be used. We even made sure that the dyes used in the wrappers are vegetable-based so that they can be recycled!
However, when it comes to quality of our products, this is something we take very seriously and we would love to learn more about your experience. When you get the chance please reply to our request via Trustpilot so we can further assist.
I love this TP and tissues
I love this TP. I feel that it lasts longer than regular TP because its more absorbent. I feel good about using it and helping others at the same time. I tried both the plant based and the recycled one and I love both but switched to yhe recycled version to help save water during it's production. I highly recommend the tissues as well!! They won't tear when using like other any other brands I've used in the past so it's super cost effective!!! Try it, you're going to love the products too!

Really impressed with the strength and softness of the bamboo paper
The first time I bought WGAC I wasn't impressed, but the BAMBOO toilet paper is GREAT! Now it's my favourite and I'm so glad I gave them a second chance! It's nice and strong. I will definitely be ordering again. I also got the bamboo tissues. They are strong enough to wipe hands and don't disintegrate with a bit of liquid. I have them by my desk for nose drips AND after lunch hand wiping.

Love the whole idea of recycling loo roll 👌
Love the ethos, sustainability and idea around the whole recyclable toilet paper 🧻 from "Who Gives a Crap" The delivery was excellent, packaging superb. Very strong reusable box. The wrapping of each individual loo roll is lovely, although I wish there was a choice whether to have it wrapped or not. Great for a guest bathroom but not necessary for day to day use. Just more paper to throw away/recycle. Plus it would give a cheaper option maybe. On the whole though very pleased. I bought the softer bamboo ones on subscription.

We have been using this toilet paper since 2021 and can't rate it highly enough. Each roll lasts longer than any other I've used and it doesn't fall apart in your hands! I love the artistic individual wrapping for hygiene and display. The best one yet has to be 'there's a loo hidden in this wrapper'... Who needs a book 😂

Amazing customer service
Just came here to say, not only do I love the bamboo toilet paper, but their customer service is amazing. We recently moved and our address change did not process in time for our subscription shipment, so the package was delivered to the precious address. Not only was I issued a refund for the product I did not receive, but they delivered a new box immediately to my new home! They told me to let the new home owners they should keep the TP or donate it somewhere! Really great company!

Long lasting and not super thin or harsh
The toilet paper is lasting a good while. I reckon I'd have gone through 2 normal rolls (at least) by now and there is still plenty on the roll. I did think the bamboo would be softer but at least it doesn't break apart when it needs to really work 🥴
