terrible customer services avoid

delivery was great but once you return something there is no one to speak to.
i have emailed countless times and have not received reply or refund.
it is now several months.

Terrible!! Avoid!!

I've had to give one star because I cannot give 0. Absolutely appalling company.

Firstly, I ordered a sweatshirt from them. It took a fair while to come, and when it did it was the wrong size. I then realised they hadn't packed the free returns label inside of it. I tried to ring them using the contact number given, to no avail as the line to them was disconnected. I tried then from the house phone and work phone so it definitely wasn't an issue with my phone.

After emailing them and waiting a few hours for a response they sent me my returns label, which arrived within a day or two. Fair enough.

I then had to ring DHL to collect my parcel to take back to them. Two days later the collected said parcel.

A fortnight after that, I'd still not received back my exchange, so I emailed WhizzKid. Their automated email confirms they receive it and says they will reply within 48 hours but maybe 24 if you're lucky. Five days later I hear nothing back.

I email again, to which I finally get a reply the day after saying they would need me to return my item before a refund or exchange is made. Of course I'd returned the item, but it was left to me to do the spade work for them. I had to contact DHL and get all the confirmation of who signed for it where it went etc, to which I sent to WhizzKid in another email. They then told me it was sent to the wrong address. From the returns label they had sent me (which they had forgotten originally). I emailed again, telling them everything was correct but had no reply.

So, I had to ring back DHL to get picture proof of the delivery address THEY had sent which they emailed to me and I forwarded to WhizzKid. Once I threatened taking action further they conviniently immediately refunded me. And to add insult to the injury offered me a good will 20% off my next purchase. Like I would ever dream of using them or recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish!! Don't ever make the mistake of ordering from this slack company!!!!
