Completely unprofessional company who lets their daughter, Perry Whittaker, who sits on their board for the company and HOA openly call a resident a “female dog” and to “move” after residents were discussing the poor conditions of homes being built, lack of security in the neighborhood, mismanaged HOA funds and dangerous accessibility on roads and sidewalks. Highly recommend not moving here. It’s not as pretty as it looks.
Sick of getting emails saying I've been invoiced for 889.99 and my bank account will be debited. I did not order anything. This is a SCAM
Ordered twice from Whittaker House so far — absolutely love the pieces I got on both releases! High quality, beautiful items that lots of my family and friends have all commented on.
The scent from the hand poured candle and soy wax hanging decorations was unreal. So strong and filled the full house with a lovely Christmassy scent. Even on opening my package I could smell it straight away!
Disappointed to see some complaints about the price. I think it can be overlooked that this is a small business, and typically you pay more from small businesses than big chain brands as they are not mass produced. Personally, I had no issue with the prices, as they were reflected in the quality of the items!
Both of my parcels also got delivered next day.
Thank you James & Carys! I can’t wait for the next release ❤️
Arrived within 48hours of ordering, products arrived in perfect condition. The candle smells amazing and I love my Gonk. Can’t wait for more pieces to be added!
I did leave a review here a while ago but it seems to have been removed?
Thank you for the response James. Unfortunately the name wasn’t under myself as my Mother in law ordered some bits for me as gifts for our new home. She did email and did not get a response for quite some time.
Although the situation has now been resolved, it was disappointing for a new ‘business’ which so many have been excited for, to have failed in certain areas.
In future I will order from smaller, cheaper companies online such as Etsy - where a few of the items have been found and are pretty much the same at a lower cost.

Lovely but you can get the same stuff on etsy for cheaper
