Whitmore no more!

Their website (now corrected pressed by HH Association): "Whitmore Hall is open for pre-booked guided house tours on select days from March to September. Tours cost £8 per person, while Historic Houses members can visit free of charge. All visits requiring online booking at least 48 hours in advance. Tours are not suitable for children under 12, although younger visitors are welcome to enjoy the surrounding gardens and grounds. Dogs are not permitted anywhere at Whitmore Hall."
So, they mislead people to believe it was a free visit for HH Members, then when you book you have to pay! I could the information above only after I paid the visit. Then I wrote them three letters asking kindly to refund me. They just ignored me, and even ignored the communication from Historic Houses Association as well, asking them to refund me. Discourteous, lacking good manners, and greedy. Something I could not associate with these small companies and with the Cavenagh-Mainwaring family!
