Poor quality Gallery Framed print
I ordered a Gallery Framed print, the total cost in excess of £200.
The print quality of the photo was good, as was the mount. However the black wooden frame was flimsy, the backing is then held in using weak metal fixings which 1 has broken already. This is the kind of frame you buy in a local home store, like a B&Q or Homebase. I could have framed this print in the same way at home, in fact if I had known this was the method used I'd have done so.
I have had prints professionally framed before and this is quite honestly a rip-off. Their website quotes "gallery quality for your photos" which is very misleading.
