Poor Service, went to John for help after a recommendation, Very rude!

Matthew Penszor was patient and methodical when looking at my mixture of incomes including some rental income and earnings from my small limited company. He was able to build an accurate snapshot that lenders could easily understand. He also came up with a great option, and was very flexible when I needed to switch track slightly towards the end of our process.

Matt was exceptional in helping us secure the mortgage for our second home. He guided us through the entire process with professionalism and expertise, making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly smooth. Matt was always responsive to our questions, clearly explained all our options, and worked diligently to get us the best rates possible. His attention to detail and proactive communication kept everything on track from application to closing. We couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.

Matt, was very professional and personable, he explained why he selected the mortgage product and addressed my questions in a thorough and timely manner.

Mathew Penszor was very helpful. He provided options and alternatives so I could compare which mortgage was the best one for me. He was quick to respond to questions and in plenty of detail. I would recommend him.
