A bad bad experience!

I ordered what I needed around half of month, more exactly on 30 of June and even that we are almost on 15 of July I didn't received my order, no email from the company, no parcel, nothing. I have tried to contact the company on their email address but the email was coming back to me telling me that the email address provided on their website cannot be found. I will try to get some help from my bank to get my money back but not to much hope for that.
Overall a bad experience !

Worst service ever.

I made an order for two products on 05/06/2025
1) fenugreek
2) Ashwagandha

Yesterday 11/06/2025 I Received 4 fenugreek Extract bags of 30 capsules each BUT, no Ashwagandha.
I mailed the company 4 times but had no reply.
Dismal company and won’t use again or recommend.
