Absolutely terrible customer service. Recieved item with stains all over it and threads pulled. Asked me to send it back before I could receive any compensation. Which is a huge hassle when its not my fault. Kept sending automated copy and paste emails to me rather than listening to my concerns. Cidalia was very unhelpful.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. A £76 dress arrives ripped and full of fake tan. Asked to submit return and ignored all my email requests - now when logged in it now says item not able to be returned.
This will be escalated through my bank.

My order arrived damaged, and to be fair, customer service handled that part well. However, about a week later, I received an unexpected 29 CHF invoice from FedEx.
At checkout, it clearly stated that “taxes and duties are included.” At no point was it mentioned that additional fees, such as a 22 CHF handling fee from the courier, could still apply. Being told afterward by customer service that there may be extra customs charges or courier fees that they are not responsible for feels very misleading and unfair, especially as this was not disclosed anywhere during checkout.
In my experience ordering to Switzerland, when taxes and duties are stated as included, they are fully covered. Otherwise, websites clearly indicate that additional charges may apply. I have also never been charged a separate handling fee when ordering through FedEx before.
On top of that, although the item arrived damaged, I still had to pay part of the return costs myself. Combined with the 13 CHF shipping fee and the unexpected 29 CHF charge, I’ve now paid 43 CHF plus return costs for an item I couldn’t even keep.
Since White Fox chose to ship with FedEx, these additional handling fees should either be clearly disclosed at checkout or covered by them. Overall, I find the handling of this situation very disappointing and misleading, and I would not have placed the order if this had been made clear.

A parcel never arrived, I spoke to customer service who said they will replace it. They sent me out the wrong parcel and asked me to return it, I returned it via there Royal Mail tracking and label. Since then they have ignored email after email. Still no parcel and a lot of water time

One sweatshirt we ordered fits, the second of the same size was way bigger. The return policy for only store credit is awful considering you pay $9.95 to return. Don't ever order directly through the company! I predict they won't last long. The quality of the clothing isn't worth the hassle.

Order #AUS6120050 — I had a really disappointing experience. I’ve ordered from this company before with no issues, but this time I never received my order for my daughter. I was in contact with customer service via email, and they eventually stopped responding altogether. I was told I would receive either a refund or store credit, but neither was ever provided. This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

My order arrived and the quality was terrible. Thin, cheap material and the sizing was completely off. I’ve had better from SHEIN.
They will not refund you, must be a store credit and then if you don’t use it within 12 months, poof, gone. They take your money, keep the clothes you returned.
Terrible customer service
Update - White Fox claim their returns policy is clearly stated on their website. I’ve never encountered a company that refuses to refund items bought online, in fact in the UK consumers are protected by distance selling laws which legally require online purchases to be refunded if returned within 14 days, no questions asked. If the customer can’t physically see the product they are buying at the point of purchase, how can you refuse a refund once they realise the quality is not as advertised? White Fox returns policy is scraping the bare minimum required by Australian consumer rights laws, no customer service here, just greed

Ordered their smallest size and sweatshirt is way too big for my 12 year old. Returned but they will only give me store credit even with tags on and never been worn. I paid for the shipping back too and still no refund.
Should have known not to purchase from a company with a no refund policy.

I accidentally hit the button on a large order and then right away realized I had something wrong about the order and no way to cancel it! I emailed right away and they replied "no way to cancel and you can have store credit only." They do not offer any $ refunds. It is on their website so that is my fault for not diving deeper, but I couldn't believe they wouldn't make an exception since they should have the ability to edit an order before it's shipped. Just crazy in this day and age it's this way!

A hoodie I purchased developed a hole after two short wears. It was within 30 days. I contacted them and explained the item is faulty. They are refusing a refund. They’re in total breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act. Avoid this company at all costs! Cheap tat.
Also, White Fox’s response to my review is a lie. The last communication I had with them, I told them I’d be taking it further. They didn’t even respond.
