Parcel delivered to wrong property , we have proved it has been delivered incorrectly and they just ignore any requests. The customer service and communication is the worst I have have experienced. They do not reply to emails and renege on any information provided about sending a replacement order , absolutely shocking company , my recommendation would be DO NOT BUY FROM WHITEFOX , GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with White Fox.
I returned a pair of pants and a hoodie on April 3, in perfect condition with tags attached, fully complying with their return policy. I even received an email confirming that my return had been received and was awaiting quality control verification.
However, more than two weeks later, I still have not received either a refund or store credit. This delay is unacceptable, especially since they have already confirmed receipt of the items.
I have respected all their requirements, so I expect the same level of seriousness in return. The lack of communication and the excessive delay make this experience particularly frustrating.
Based on this situation, I would not recommend this brand, especially regarding their handling of returns and refunds.

Terrible Customer Services order number UK2303301. After confirming with the delivery company that my return has been delivered to White fox on the 27th of March. The customer service team is now ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me. Loved the brand but will not order from them again if this is how they treat their customers.

I have contacted them 5 times as I have created a return and it then said the return was under review. 6 days later still no update, no returns label and no solution.
My order is saying "already returned" when it isnt.
No processes, no working system, no customer service.

Wish i could give ZERO stars! The worst customer service on the planet! Good luck getting a phone number or muchless a human!!! I received damaged items - One with a big white spot that was not treatable. It was the color pigment of the hoodie and a tee that was an irregular. Total box cut that was so off! They received my items back over 10 days ago and are still "escalating" it! WTF Don't waste your time or money with this shitty so called company! First and last order with Shitty Fox! Its all AI NON existent customer service!

I ordered 2 dresses from white fox over 2 weeks ago now, within a day of receiving my order i requested a return as the colour of the dresses online is misleading compared to the actual colour. I never received a return label and after going back and forth emailing ‘customer service’ about it they then emailed me back saying i had missed the cut off date to return as it has now been 15 days, despite the fact i submitted the return over a week ago now. I explained the situation but their so called customer serve is just Ai and you are unable to actually speak to anyone helpful. Do not order from this company as it is unreliable and if you find your order unsatisfactory a return is practically impossible.

Avoid this company. My daughter saved her own money for this sweatshirt and was so excited, but the XXS we ordered fits like a medium—completely wrong sizing. We’ve tried to exchange it, return it, or get store credit and have gotten nowhere. Customer service is useless—likely just automated responses—and we still can’t even get a return label.
Terrible experience and even worse customer support. Don’t waste your money here.
