BUYER BEWARE: RETURNS FROM NORTH AMERICA IMPOSSIBLE. We are in Vancouver, Canada. The extra small $79 “oversized” hoody we bought for my daughter is ginormous: The equivalent of Men’s XXL. But being in Canada, we were on the hook for shipping costs that amount to $120-200+ Obviously not a viable option. After attempting to clarify and resolve this within their return policy time frame, they ghosted us for weeks. After finally responding, their response was too bad, “By placing an order with us, you agree to these [return] policies.” Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced with online shopping.

Awful experience. Accidentally placed an order and emailed to kindly cancel it because it was a mistake and they sent it anyway. I tried to get in touch with them along the way but nothing, I was charged £4 delivery and when refunding it had to pay an additional £6 to refund! I have tried contacting them but absolutely nothing - avoid buying from there.

Worst customer service ever!! I spoke with customer service before buying who stated that the items were fully refundable then when they didn’t fit because their sizing and quality is all over the place they would only give store credit! Then we had to use the credit somewhere and ordered more clothes to have them delivered with marks and we returned them the exact same day and now they are refusing to take them stating we returned marked items!! It’s crazy! Do not trust their products

Sophie was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my faulty dress refund, and I really appreciated her support throughout the process. Unfortunately, White Fox only offered a 50% refund instead of a full one, which was disappointing given the situation.

this feedback is only about customer service....I'm a loyal costumer and I shop with WF all the time . I'm having trouble to redeem my loyalty points and I contacted customer service few times. everytime im adding free item from loyalty shop is not free in the bag. and its a hair clip or a keychain nothing big . customer service refuses to send me my reward . they're making me send bunch of pictures "looking" for issue why the item is not free after adding to my bag . at the end they're blaming the customer and basically refuse to help . they're claiming that after the order is placed they're unable to help . now im trying to place another order and same issue occurred. and no reply from customer service! they will probably reply after the order is placed or ignore message completely. why offer rewards at all ? why is so hard to add a hair clip or keychain or a pair of socks for a customer that spends hundreds of $ ???????

I placed an order many months ago and returned it due it to it being the wrong size, I was promised an automatic store credit to my account on my next purchase, however after many months of back and forth emails with them, no store credit has automatically been put into my account at checkout and now the company is refusing to offer the store credit which is rightfully mine!
This has left me absolutely livid!
Despite many back and forth on email it has led me nowhere, so I have come to let the world know what a mess this company actually is.

Do not buy! I live in Canada and they sent me a product that was very clearly missized per their own sizing charts and they refused to pay to take it back. Very poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and save your money .
They are scammers.

My first time ordering from this company and I ordered the wrong sizes for my daughter. I returned the items and since then they have been languishing as "we are processing your return" in their online portal since 18th April despite a promise to deal with it within three days. I have reached out regularly and they no longer respond to my emails. Avoid at all costs if you can!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I’ve had regarding my return. I made a clear effort to return all items I received, as I always follow through on my purchases.
It has now been two weeks without any communication about my refund, and I had to proactively reach out for an update. I’m now being told that two items are missing from my return and asked where they could be, which is both frustrating and concerning, as I returned everything I received.
This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I take pride in being responsible and reliable as a customer, and I expect the same level of professionalism in return.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue, including clarification on the missing items and the status of my refund.
UPDATE!
I am still fighting for my hard earned $70 with Egazi from their customer service team via email, I've asked to escalate the problem and nothing has been solved no one has reached out I've had to do this all myself. (4/29/26)

I was trying to get an outfit for an event, got it, had to return it- it took 9 days from when I posted it back to even be able to order replacement items and it has now been two weeks since I shipped it back and I still have not received my replacement items (for reference they ship from Sydney Aus, and I’m at the Gold Coast, Aus). The event has been and gone and it was a complete waste of time and money. I had to make the return because the dress I ordered was too big around my waist but somehow also too short (could see me half my butt). Couldn’t get a refund though, even though it is clearly an issue with how they’ve made the dress. My replacement Items still haven’t arrived so I might have to go through this return stuff again and it’s really made me not want to order from here ever again
