Very quick delivery.

My dress arrived on time but missing a matching accessory. One call to White Finn and they sorted this out as soon as possible, and I received the belt by first class post a few days later. Friendly and efficient customer service shouldn’t be a surprise, but it isn’t guaranteed nowadays. I would shop with White Finn again.

I didnt get the two heavy weight handy bands that I ordered. I received two identical ones that I did not order.

No response to emails or FB messenger regarding item I need to return.
Starting to wonder if it’s a legitimate company. If so then their customer service for online customers is very poor.

I was initially disappointed that the item I ordered was no longer in stock but then delighted when the shop contacted me to say that the cardigan was in stock after all and that I could re-order it. It was then dispatched very quickly and I am now enjoying wearing it.

Excellent online shopping experience. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful when I phoned with a query. Cardigan arrived packaged in tissue paper (a rarity nowadays) so item was well protected during transit and arrived crease free. Will certainly buy from them again.
