Ordered a women's shirt for a Christmas present. It took almost a month for it to arrive (very late for Christmas) as it was shipped from Austria! The size didn't match the dimensions in the description. Ordered a women's medium and it fits like an XXL. Maybe Austrian women are very large...???

Contacted customer support will get you stuck in a loop you can't get out of and in the end, you can't return any item. I was told to find someone it would fit! Seriously?!

I wish I would have checked this company out to begin with as I would not have ordered from them. Please do not order from whitecloths.com and fall victim to these crooks! Read the reviews here!

I paid for 2 items, only one came (and it came 2 weeks late)… and their customer support offers nothing but an automated “ohh sorry I couldn’t be more helpful”
This happens to you, call your CC company and dispute the charge, it’s the only way for you to get your money back. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I thought I was dealing with a reputable online Christian business. Apparently I should have researched them. I received an email confirming my purchase, then another on saying the charge would appear as Ascribei*UK on my bank statement. So I checked and it was $14.05 more than the total I approved when I did my order! I tried to access the tracking/customer service link and it wasn't working. Tried to cancel my order using the website whitecloths.com with an email. It took my email and sent me some kind of loop around that did nothing! Checked here and saw Trustpilot basically called it a scam! Called bank cancelled my credit card and filled out a claim for a fraudulent charge. What a pain! Comfyboutiques.com is an exact replication of whitecloths.com beware!!!

One star is too high. Ordered 2 sweathirts December 1 and received them January 17. Horrible quality and the screen printing is basically a low quality iron on.

First even 1 star is too high. Items listed as sweatshirts. NOT sweatshirt material. CHEAP thin fabric. Said made in USA. Charge went through England, then items were stated coming from Austria!!. Had to go through customs, then customs here. 2 of 3 arrived. Returned to sender in Illinois. Refused as stated not her. NEVER do business with this company. NEVER. This has been going on for over a month now.

I placed an order over 30 days ago.
I received a notification that the package has arrived on January 9.
It did not.
Worst customer service ever experienced, and I am 60 years old, I've seen a lot of fecal matter.
Do not do business with this outfit.

I bought what was advertised as a gold OVERSIZED belt,$30+ dollars, I have a silver one & wanted a gold one to match what they se t was NOWHERE NEAR an OVERSIZED belt,I took photos & attached to an email to them & no response

Received a hoodie that was more like pajamas. The material was very flimsy and not sweatshirt material. Return policy very suspicious. Gave my product to Goodwill to avoid the hassle of returning. Stay away!!!

I ordered three shirts for $72.00 and the quality of what I received was extremely poor. They felt like plastic and were very ill-fitting (large around the neck and very small around the waist, etc.). I requested a return and refund. They then advised me that the shipping charges to return would be expensive and offered me two dollars to keep them. When I said no they then offered me three dollars to keep them and still would not give me a mailing address to return the items. I ended up having to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Too bad there isn't a rating lower than 1. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.

Loved the product. Cool quality. Will buy again for sure. The shirt is of high quality.

Ordered a sweater as a gift. What showed up was completely different and of such poor quality it is embarrassing. Cannot reach a person at this company. Went through the chat process and even provided photos and they are still saying they sent the right item and refusing a return. "We suggest you keep product" was the response. No thanks. Disputed with my CC company - let them prove their case. Seems like a Chinese company - this is what I get from following a Facebook link.

Never received my order. “Tracking” says shipped from Ireland. Ordered over a month ago, but nothing ever came. They also didn’t refund my $.

Ordered 6 shirts on Black Friday. I looked on their website and it stated they were a Christian USA based co. My shirts were shipped from Germany. Took until December 30th to receive and I only got 3 of the 6. Such poor quality it looked like a child had made them. And sizing for a large looks like I can swim in it. Cannot get any help from the company email. They just want me to click a link ,will not provide a phone number, or anything.

Worth every penny, quality item.
