Poor service. Not recommended at all

We needed a wheelable case quickly for a project, Lawrence and his team made sure it was delivered next day with no nonsense - great company to deal with.

Super happy with our white boxes. Everyone always asks us where they came from We've bought another set since our first ones. Customer support is also excellent. They overnighted a missing cable to us for an exhibition (we had lost the original).

We ordered new banners for our career fairs and they are excellent! Designed, produced and shipped in fab time. Can't recommend them enough. Customer service is amazing every step of the way.

Very pleased and happy with the great looking quality product. The customer service provided was exceptional, especially as there was one item that was broken in the kit we received. I purchased some LED Display Units from 'WhiteboxGo' for an exhibition in May 2024. Amazing customer service from the team and the large order was placed and sent to us within the timeframe of our Exhibition.

One of the units I received seemed to be an older version, and the team are now replacing it and letting us keep this older unit to give to a charity or use in our reception area.

I've now been to multiple events with these lightboxes and always get compliements from other exhibitors. I had 4 people come up to me this week asking where I got them!

Also the turn around in getting new covers is really fast, I get great customer service. Overall very happy!

The order was messed up, but then rectified in record time without any extra charge to me.
