My first time at Puerto Chico and I will definitely be back. Fantastic location and gorgeous villa with every comfort imaginable. The welcome pack was really appreciated and the staff were also extremely helpful.
I was on my own and felt safe and secure within the gated complex and I loved the large patio and garden for just relaxing in even tho' the beach was just 5 mins away.

Everything went smoothly from booking to arrival instructions to advice on site from Natalie. The villa was spotless and there were nice little touches such as a starter pack (including a bottle of wine) and a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods.

Excellent villa (37) in Playa Flamingo Beach complex. Fortunately a large well-equipped patio as we had to spend more time than usual there, thanks to poor weather. No issues so didn't need to speak to Natalie and team - though we did call in to say hello and they checked everything was OK. The villa is in an excellent location for several restaurants and near the long promenade for walks by the sea. We will be back....

Wonderful location. Frontline beachfront. Lovely bungalow, even lovelier terrace. WBH are brilliant to deal with. Cleaning team are also excellent.

One of many visits to Puerto Chico which, as usual didn't disappoint. Well equipped apartment on upper level, with lovely sea views. Staff as helpful and attentive as ever. Weather was awful, but it could have been a lot worse if the apartment hadn't been so well-appointed.

We first stayed @ Puerto Chico in 1989 when it was managed by Chris + Angela Want - no 6 owned by Charlie Bedford, a Kent builder. In those days the village had one hotel only, the Princess. I am glad to say that Puerto Chico is still (in our view) the best located complex in PB, being c.2.5m from Pechiguera (lighthouse) and c.3m to Papagayo, both decent walks. The village centre (beach) is a 15/20 min stroll. The PC gardens are well looked after and privacy is good thanks to the gated perimeter fence. I would say that the villas are much improved from the ‘80s with most (all ?) now having 2 shower rooms and new kitchens. We also like the large terrace and quiet swimming pool -strict rules as to lilos etc and sun loungers (not allowed). Last but far from least, Natalie and Isa do an excellent job of looking after the complex. We had a minor problem with a dripping roof gutter - it was fixed within 15 mins …… If you want to stay here you need to get in fast - they get snapped up very quickly. We stayed in Bungalow V in Puerto Chico complex. It was fitted out with every conceivable utensil for the kitchen and was clean. It had 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom as advertised in sea front position. The beds were soooooo comfortable. Gigantic patio with 4 sun loungers and tidy garden with pretty cacti in them

Puerto Chico is the best Accommodation we've stayed at In over 20 years of Winter Sun in Playa Blanca.
Natalie & Isa in the office are really helpful in every way.Thanks a million, looking forward to next year's stay.

We chose property n. 7 and were very deceived: cheap and poor decoration, uncomfortable mattress, stains of humidity and splashed insects on the walls, dirty blankets and curtains.
Having complained upon arrival, it was thanks to Isaura and Natalie’s professionalism and kindness that we could move to property N, which was more comfortable and adapted to our needs. Nevertheless, during the weekend - being the offices closed - we asked for blankets with a message via WhatsApp and to the emergency number mentioned, but received no answer (and no blankets).

Stayed in Playa Flamingo no 19 for 3rd time this winter. Every thing fine apart from a power cut out one evening.I used the emergency call out ,got an immediate response and advice of what to do to rectify the issue. Found this reassuring to know backup is there when needed

Lovely patio….beautiful gardens and a view out to sea…bliss

Lovely stay in Jardin Del Sol. Apartment exactly as advertised. Great location for bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

We have stayed at puerto chico 2/3 times per year over the last 10 years. Firstly Natalie and the other staff including the ground and cleaning staff are fantastic. I had a few health issues last year and Natalie did everything to move things for us which I was very grateful for. Our most recent stay was E which was a modern well maintained comfortable apartment. Really good standard. One thing people should bare in mind is that these are privately owned and some owner’s standards are not as good as others so make sure you look through the photos of the individual apartments before booking to make sure you are booking something that matches your expectations. There are some stunning apartments and some average ones. The grounds and layout is superb and as said before the staff are second to none. Already booked for Christmas and I dare say a few more for next year will be booked soon .

The 'apartment' is really a terraced small bungalow. We liked the spacious rooms and the lovely large well equipped terrace in a quiet well maintained location

The 3-4 minute walk closeness to Spar minimarket and a few bars/restaurants was a plus.

I read a report dated 19/2/26 giving a poor rating and stating rooms smelled and had mold etc. Prior to my entry I was assured that this had been resolved and when we entered on 23/2/26 the bungalow was very clean and fresh so I wish to confirm that it has been definitely resolved.

I give this a 9/10 and the only reason I dont give a 10/10 rating is that there is no a/c and instead a couple of basic moveable fans and heater is provided.

This accomodation deserves and needs a/c to provide adequate winter heating and summer cooling, and if added have no problem with a price increase.

Don’t go to Puerto Chico … this place really needs to be kept a secret. The apartments are great , well equipped with the basics (some extra towels would have been good , but hey ho 1st world problems) Location you can’t get any better , absolutely everything on the door step , supermarket, take away shop , curry house and a couple of pubs 👍👍The staff at reception are ever so helpful and friendly for any thing you may need. Love this place it is my go to place in the sun Thanks for another amazing week. See you soon.

Excellent holiday in Lanzarote- we booked with White Beach Holidays. I found them really good and easy to organise. We will definitely book again.

Recently stayed at Puerto Chico apartments for 17 days, in two different apartments. Both were excellent, very well equipped, clean and very spacious.
The booking system and communication with White Beach holidays was easy and informative. The admin staff in Playa Chico are lovely and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in two fabulous apartments and had everything we needed, the swimming pool was clean, warm and well maintained as are the surrounding gardens. Great location with supermarkets, restaurants and easy access to public transport. In between two beaches and walkable to the centre of Playa Blanca, a great base for a holiday in the sun. Would recommend but may save it for ourselves. Thank you for a lovely stay

Natalie could not have been more helpful, when we were let down by the agent of the property we had booked and found ourselves with nowhere to stay. Natalie found us an alternate property and saved our holiday!!

This is our 3rd stay at Puerto Chico and we honestly love the complex. Natalie is extremely helpful from start to finish, she even sorted out private transfers from the airport to the resort.
We stayed in Puerto Chico 7 which has a perfect position within the complex, overlooking the pool and the sea. We were told that this accommodation was a little dated when we were booking it but to be honest, for the price paid and for the location alone within the complex we couldn’t fault it… waking up to sea views was perfect!
The villa was spotless throughout, it had a new Mircowave and kettle, we didn’t cook as we ate out every night, we slept really well, the main bathroom although a bit dated had a lovely powerful shower, we had no issues at all.
Would we come back to Puerto Chico… absolutely it’s a gem of a complex, super location with pubs, supermarket, restaurants and shops right next door.
We also really appreciated the welcome pack after a day of travelling, and we also appreciate how well kept the gardens and pool are and how safe the complex feels with its keypad entry gates. Thank you to all the staff at WBH we will be back!
