White & Company PLC - Guernsey Reviews

Fabulous service from start to finish.. Branch manager was great to deal with removal and installation guys were accommodating and helpful and storeman assisted whenever we needed storage boxes and packaging paper/wrap... all in all first class and second to none. Will be using again if needed and recommending. Rob

Very reliable efficient service. Highly recommend .
Great team of lads who were extremely careful with our stuff.

Very helpful experienced staff, who consider the affect of moving home after many years, in our case 47 years.

Great efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I have used Whites on a number of occasions and the service has always been excellent

The team worked so hard and were efficient and communicative all through the challenging two day removal, down two steep flights of stairs and then up another two, with belting rain the first morning and blistering heat the rest of the time.

I used the Whites in Guernsey, not Jersey. The staff were all helpful and efficient. Everything got moved as expected, nothing in our move within Guernsey was damaged. The removal men were cheerful and helpful.

The team was really helpful and polite. It made the move a bit easier for us. So glad we picked White and Company.

Highly Recommend whites to look after your move. Relocated from Guernsey to the North West. Service in Guernsey arranged by Graham very efficient and relatively pain free. Collection was done on the hottest day of the year, and the 2 guys had to navigate a second floor flat, and still had a sense of humour at the end.(Sorry didn't remember porters names) .
Fast forward to yesterday, my goods were delivered from their Lancaster branch, Mark,Jason & Maya. Again very efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you White&Company.

They were on time and got everything moved within 3 hours and nothing broken, fantastic service from start to finish.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful crew, and it was two difficult locations to collect from and also to deliver to.

Whites were fantastic. They were super efficient and went the extra mile to ensure all our items made it into our new home in a safe condition.

The team did a fabulous job, in the hottest week of the year. Very efficient, very professional and very friendly.
Thanks

Did what they said they would do. Thank you

The whole process from initial enquiry, quote and agreement was handled with efficiency and great customer service by Emma Harper. The move went seamlessly and our items arrived without any issues.

Staff were very helpful with moving boxes etc to correct places. Thank you

Manager extremely helpful and friendly as were delivery men. Very efficient service.

The guys were very quick but careful and managed to solve a slightly tricky problem relatively quickly.
I would use White and Co again and recommend to others

White and co moved us stress free, they were both professional and punctual and moved us out of a difficult property to our new house without any issues! They were very respectful of our property and offered assistance to us whenever we needed

Did not like the man I dealt with on the phone - I found him quite rude in his brusque manner.
Also during the removal one of the men asked me to move boxes in my room to split them into what was going into storage and which were going with me even though I had big stickers on every box stating where they were going!
I would not use them again.
