Simpsons Jet Of Whitby Reviews

Great service and beautiful jewellery.

We made a purchase of earing whilst on holiday. I wanted to treat my wife with a matching or similar stone. I couldn't locate one in the online shop so phoned Derrik. He sent a WhatsApp with a photo. A perfect match. The service is outstanding 10/10

I bought a pendant while on holiday in Whitby and when I got home I wished I had bought the earrings to match.ordered online , all very easy , kept informed and earring arrived very quickly . Excellent service

Super efficient, speedy delivery of order. Beautiful, amber and jet jewellery.

What a fantastic family business selling beautiful handmade jewellery with outstanding service. Bought a beautiful bangle from them whilst in Whitby and when I got home I wanted something from another shop in Whitby but couldn't get any response from them. Without hesitation, Simpsons Jet of Whitby agreed to buy what I wanted from the other shop and send to me. Couldn't have asked for more. Fantastic family firm who looks after their customers.

I bought a bracelet I had seen when in Whitby last year. It is absolutely lovely and the whole order process was easy with quick delivery.

Lovely quality
Good packaging
Arrived on time

Very nice necklace at a very good price, with fast delivery service. Thanks

A quick shipping and nice product. The earrings are beautiful but I do wish they were a bit bigger. Perhaps a picture showing them on a picture of an adult head or a model would’ve helped to visualize.

Ordering was easy, good value for money. Speedy delivery. As this was purchased as a gift it was nice that it came with information about what jet is, and a gift bag and tag.

Great customer service, easy to order and pay for and delivered on time.

The whole process was smooth. Simpson's kept me up to date by communicating regularly with me.

Very fast delivery, great product, nice packaging.

The website is easy to navigate. When the item arrived it was packaged very well and thoughtfully. I liked the information about Whitby Jet especially as this was to be a gift. 😊

Absolutely delighted with my surprise gift of jet and silver stud earrings, bought by my partner who visited the Whitby shop on the spur of the moment. I can fully appreciate the adjective for black being an apt description.
The jewellery is unique. I shall purchase a matching pendant

Nice piece of jet encased in silver
Looks great!

Absolutely a 5 star experience from start to finish. I purchased a beautiful bracelet as a present for my partners birthday after seeing the bracelet in the shop window on a recent day trip to Whitby. Derek was absolutely fantastic in getting the bracelet delivered to me by the following morning... Just in time for me to wrap it up to give to my partner on her birthday which was the following day. Just fantastic service all round.

Everything about my purchase to the delivery was great, easy and smooth.

I ordered a piece for my wife for our 27th anniversary. We live in Las Vegas Nevada. The item arrived in short order at a fair price and most importantly Monica loved it and wore it to work today with a smile. Browsing for future gifts now. Thank you!!

Excellent efficient service.item was much nicer than it appeared on website.
