Excellent Customer Service
I cannot say enough good things about my purchase. This was the first time I've ordered from Whitaker Brothers and the first time to buy a folding machine. I read reviews, watched videos & chose a folding machine. I placed the order and was pleased to receive an email from customer service. They wanted to verify my purchase and & be sure I was confident in my selection before they filled the order. I responded that it was our first time to purchase a folder, but that I had researched before making the order. Within 5 minutes of sending the email response, I received a phone call from their customer service asking if I wanted to discuss my purchase to see if the machine I selected was indeed a good fit for our company. The representative asked a few questions and determined that the machine I had purchased was way more advanced than we needed. He recommended a different machine. A machine that cost several hundred dollars LESS than the one I originally purchased. He canceled the original order, ordered the other machine and issued a credit to my credit card for the difference between the machines in one simple phone call. I could not imagine a more proactive response from any company. I will definitely order from Whitaker Brothers again.
