If I could give it stars I would.
I ordered a coat from the Whistler boutique and it arrived, but it did not look as nice as what it did in the picture and it did not meet the standards that I needed so I returned it, but it would have cost me the price of the cost to send a track it back with a tracking number so I just sent it back to China, which to me was surprising cause I thought it was coming from Whistler and it cost me $30 and it was January 17 that I sent it and now it is March 19th and I still have not received a refund. I contacted the person responsible and they said they would let me know when it arrived. I can’t imagine that it would take more than two months to arrive back when it was sent back two months ago, I do not trust this company for honesty.
Customer service is not what it should be.
