Feb 7 placed order and received "order confirmed" automated email response. Feb 20 went to website and found that a shipping label had been created on Feb 8. Then started looking for a way to contact them regarding the order status. No phone number is provided anywhere. Sent an email to the "contact" email provided. No response.
Feb 15 received notification that some items had shipped. Tracking provided says label was created Feb 8.
Feb 25 sent another email requesting a status. No response. Order still says label was created on the 8th.
March 2 Contacted credit card company to dispute charges.
March 5 received notification that order has shipped expected delivery March 10th. Shows 5 of the 7 items are in the shipment.

This company is worthless. They will ignore your order and any email you send to them. Don’t even waste your time trying to contact them on their own website. They never respond and just cancel your order after 3 weeks of ignoring you. There are much better companies out there.

As per other reviews, I believe this website is a scam. I have reported it to authorities

1 star is generous... do not use Whisky And Whiskey. They do not provide an order confirmation email or text. They do not have a phone number to follow up on orders. they do not respond to emails. total trash company.

Ordered 4 days ago was suppose to ship 2 day air so it would arrive on Valentines Day. RUINED MY VALENTINES :( Still sitting at order received :( THEY SUCK I WAS SO STUPID NOT TO LOOK AT REVIEWS! I AM GOING TO CANCEL AND GO GET THE PRODUCT LOCALLY.
