This company is a total disgrace. Ordered the full car interior mat set , seat covers and boot mat .£429 worth . Looked good until fitting . Boot mat too small a real struggle to fit the so called luxury floor coverings , not the advertised perfect fit by a long shot, of which didnt even fit the drivers side ...then to top it off the rear seat is a bench seat with split 60/40 backrest. They sent individual seat covers which do not even fit .then when contacted sorry we do not do compatible covers for your vehicle..emailing is basically a brush off . Not interested in rectify issues . Basically a waste of money . Customer services is diabolical . Asked for a return address , then communication cut off....so have no choice but to try and recover the monies via credit card company . ADVICE : STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY....NOT TO BE TRUSTED .

Great product, worth the money, delivered on time and well packaged. Slight disappointment in that the video shows the mats coming higher up the door sills and the seat belt comfort strap was not quilted like the mats, however would use again.

Be careful if you apply for a charge back just had a run in with The bank of Scotland (mastercard) trying to get your cash back is near impossible for the information they need e copy of every e-mail every picture and dates of complaint and purchase and of course asking Whipmats for your cash returned impossible a company thats under review with company house e-mails bounced back no phone communication and there page took down so beware if you have a complaint and want a refund forget it you are getting NOTHING

Not as described they don’t even fit getting fobbed off by this company they certainly aren’t Italian leather it’s cheap Chinese rubbish

The mat's did actually fit very well. However, very poorly made, materials used are of poor quality, after only 4 weeks the stitching is coming apart. Email address doesn't work anymore. Please avoid, nothing like the pictures and videos used in advertising. Went in the bin today.

Fantastic product, received in 12 days from ordering, really happy and fitted fantastic in our range rover sport, look as thought they were from land rover direct, defo recommended

Disappointed that the clip placed on the mats were in the incorrect place having to remove them leaving marks in the materials .

Purchased full set front and rear seat covers for a Renault Clio 21 plate. When received tried to fit them, front seat cover was three inches bigger than the other one. Did not fit the seats correctly, adjustable handles were covered. The base of the seat covers did not fit correctly either. The rear seat covers were the wrong ones that were sent even though the order stated the correct rear seat covers that were requested.

Also purchased the floor mats what a joke that was meant to be custom fitted couldn't put the drivers side in as it interfered with accelerator pedal the passenger side had frayed stitching and the emblem was torn.

On emailing whipmats with a video and multiple pictures were sent showing all problems with the mats.

The email addy is on a continuous bounce back and is no longer working (probably due to too many complaints) even going through the website portal no response.! 🤬

Wanted to get ahead of the game, so ordered matts for the car in December,
They requested photos of the seat base, but I couldn't provide obviously, because I didnt have the car, this should have set alarm bells going...anyway i told them this and they just said thanks for confirmation even though i hadnt confirmed anything, except I wasnt getting car till March, and they would go ahead with the order. As I'd told the the year make and model I wrongly as it turned out assumed they new what the where doing, after all that are meant to be a professional carpet maker In business for years. So after getting the car the front
matts dont fitt...sent an email, got the most unapologetic email back saying complaints must brought to there attention within 14 days, impossible for me to do for the reasons described above. Have now sent loads of emails, the same answer every time tuff, your outside 14 days. Customer relations are diabolical, they haven't got a clue, are totally unwilling to listen even though they sent matts that dont fit, regardless of 14 day crap. And to cap it all, if these are far far from high quality Italian leather,more like Chinese cheap crap. Having said that, I probably would have got better matts that fit if I'd bought from Temu..dont touch Whipmatts with a barge poll, I've phoned them on at least 10 occasions no one has ever answered the phone. And some of those calls were before I ordered, should have known better. Stay away from Whipmatts awfull quality diabolical costumer service, well non- existent customer service, they don't care they got your dosh, so tuff luck. Get your matts somewhere else!!!!

Ordered a set of mats for my volvo xc40, they eventually arrived and from unpacking they seemed very cheaply made, the backing is foam and they are very thin and flimsy. When I tried to fit them they did not fit, and trying to contact them was virtually impossible. The phone number on their site did not work and I tried contacting them on Facebook but no joy. The only contact I had was through email and after numerous emails they suddenly sent me another set of mats and when I fitted them they were badly fitting and thin and cheap looking. When you watch their videos on tiktok, Facebook etc the mats look different in fitting and quality. They have an address in uk but it comes back to a flat above the shops.

Up date regarding my mats for my car.
I’m sure I’m dealing with AI, I have repeatedly told them about the whole that has developed in the car mat that I purchased in June last year, they lasted 7 x months within my car that I only use at weekends, poor quality, I send the pictures, they send me a reply , probably about 12 x times now, “I have fitted the mat in the car drivers foot well incorrectly “, don’t know how any one can fit a mat incorrectly and how would this have an adverse effect on the whole created in the mat.
I’ve given up now, thrown the mat in the bin.
Whip Mats are absolutely sh1t, I would not recommend them at all, so please do not work with this company, terrible, rubbish, sh1t quality and just do not give a toss about there customers

What can I say.... absolutely rip off...got mats delivered and they didn't fit my car... i complained via email...they asked me to take pics and email them...did thos only to get a message back that the email address didn't exist anymore... avoid this company like the plague

I bought mats for my Vauxhall vivaro from this company at quite an expense. When i received them on fitting them they did not go far enough into the footwell i put the sticky tabs as instructed but after 2 weeks they came undone and now wont stick back and they now keep moving around when driving which now become dangerous. On complaining to the company they said as i had fitted them and used them they no longer can offer me a refund or replacement but how will i know if they are any good if i don't use them. Would definitely not deal with this company again they say they are a British Brand but the items came from Italy. totally unacceptable

Items crushed into parcel to save on packing costs
Items that badly packed that creases haven't dropped out as they claim even after unpacking as advised and leaving in heated area !
Upon fitting found items not cut correctly and not a good fit !
When i wrote to complain advised i had left it too long after delivery to complain over 14 days !!!!
When i advised reason for delay in fitting was awaiting creases to drop out which still to date hasn't happened.
They advised nothing they can do and no comment on the fact that mats are cut wrong and do not fit as per there advert !!
Very poor customer service DO NOT BUY not recommended

If I could leave a no star review U would.
They state the mats are made in Italy and yet they’re shipped from China. They state they are made to fit your car. They aren’t and they don’t.
They state they are top quality - nope not that either.
You will not get a refund you will have to go through your bank and get a charge back.

DO NOT BUY -5*. Absolutely appalling, my first and last time following a link from Facebook. I will never buy anything through a Facebook link again.
The mats look nothing like the images in the video or the pictures on their website. I have followed their instructions for removing the creases with no effect, I've even tried a leather softening cream. Perhaps it's time for trading standards to become involved. DO NOT BUY.

Is this a genuine legit company as all the emails get returned as address not recognisable.

Whilst the concept is good i did find them awkward to fit . and to be honest in the drivers side the things you put inbetween mat and mould of car dose not fit very good and keeps coming out so could really do with more velcro peices to obtain a secure fit. and a lttle bit loose in back as they do not fit under the seats to secure a decent firmness all round. so i feel these are a littlie bit on the short side. I thought these would be helpful for me to keep clean inside better as having arthritis in hands etc , so i shall see how they work out.
