The apartment and the hotel in general were as described. The pictures weren't deceptive.

My experience with Whimstay has been amazing. The website & finding a booking & then your stay info were easy to navigate. Customer service was great to deal with & communication with your host is made easy as well. The price was hands-down unbeatable. I am glad that I summed up on their website. I will be using them again.

Whimstay sent emails prior to the trip letting us know we could reach out anytime! This allowed us to remain confident about our stay, even when the rental property’s process was to contact us just the day of our stay.

Easy to use, and excellent customer service. It was my first time renting a vacation condo and they made the process so smooth. Super user friendly, and they even have methods to pay in installments if you want to. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my three years of living here whenever I needed something fixed they was always on time if I called in the office and had a problem they will always know the answer me and my family enjoyed the pool the fishing in the pond in the outdoor playing park and basketball ball court everything was absolutely great. in the community was very safe.and I will always recommend this place. Avoid Whimstay — extremely concerning experience

In my experience, Whimstay has handled my cancellation in a way that feels deceptive and unacceptable.

I was told by their support team that my reservation would be canceled. I followed up multiple times by email to confirm this, received no confirmation, and later discovered that nothing had actually been canceled. I was ultimately forced to cancel the reservation myself.

Despite this, Whimstay has continued to hold my money, has not issued a refund, and is attempting to retain a service fee even though the service they represented was never performed. At this point, my funds are effectively being held hostage while I’m repeatedly told to “confirm” actions that should have already been completed.

I’ve waited days with no refund, no resolution, and conflicting explanations from support. The lack of accountability and shifting responsibility is alarming. I am now being forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

I strongly recommend avoiding Whimstay. If something goes wrong, be prepared to fight to get your own money back.
I still have not received a refund, nor has my trip been cancelled. I will likely be filing a lawsuit.

We walked into the place we rented and it was OCCUPIED already!!! They double booked!! Stay far away from this company!! It was a nightmare to find a hotel last minute and there mistake ruined our family vacation!!!!!
