I was delighted with the sewing box which I bought for my granddaughter's birthday. Pretty pattern, much better than any I saw in the shops, and the matching scissors case and tape measure made the whole thing just right. Price was comparable to shop products but with the addition of the scissors and tape, qualified for free delivery, otherwise it would have been more expensive. Delivery very prompt, no need to get express service although it was less than a week to the date when it was required.

Though the product and service excellent the description is slightly misleading. The dimensions given are 250x 180mm and the measurement is actuallu 251x181. No problem unless you are fitting into a drawer when they would not fit. Problem overcome but not quite as nice looking as hoped.

We are very pleased with the clock we ordered. It arrived promptly and very well packed. I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and polite. What more could you want?

I ordered a wallclock ..+ve - best price available and well pleased with the item
-ve - i was never told the item was out of stock when ordered and only knew a week later when i queried as to the delivery

Got the clock about two weeks after order , i was emailed when dispatched and apart from the delay i was reasonably happy with the shopping experience

As far as most online retailers go Wheesh are good but ....my problem is this and it is not a Wheesh problem it's an online shopping problem - I remain reluctant to shop online because of the returns issue, but we are being forced to do it as many products are not available in the shops anymore. So we depend on the websites to give us as much DETAIL about the product AND online close up video /photos that go some way to reassuring us that the product is what we want. We were a little disappointed with what we bought because we failed to realise the depth of the pots i.e. the wider they are the deeper they get.
That aside my mother is not happy that the lid handles get quite hot (but that's a manufacturing problem).

If Wheesh want to get more sales free returns would be the way to go.
